I buttoned my pants and it lifted on the corner.. Now my nail is half peeled off. ----- Had an okay experience. We made appointments and when we got there the woman seemed confused. We got our pedis which were fine, except the woman who did mine used yellow cuticle oil on my legs instead of lotion? I'm not sure why but that was strange. The guy who did my fill was great. My nail shape and fill are wonderful except for my one thumb is a really awkward shape.. It's like he over filed it. Whatever. The same woman who did my pedi did my gel polish and it's awful. I picked a dark purple color. My skin is stained all over and it was sloppy. Also, she didn't completely cover my nail with the top coat so some of my nails are half glossy half matte looking. Also, my mom and I got the exact same thing but he charged me $80 and my mom $50. Overall, I probably won't be back unless I book an appointment with Karen. Everyone seems to love her but she was all booked up today.

That said, this place has totally got me- my nail woman, Katie, is honestly the best. I do SNS dip and she will mix colors to make one I want or use a combo of dip and gel to create the color. She pushes me to try color and nail design, which usually gets noticed by friends and random people. The vibe is relaxed and friendly. Highly recommend quality at a won't break you bank price!

Went here for my birthday. Quick service but poor quality. Two nails broke in just a couple days. I…read morewent back to have one fixed and they fixed it but it doesn't look like the other nails. So when the second nail broke off I just put a press on on it. Since it was homecoming week I couldn't get in anywhere to fix it. The pedicure was not good either. Barely used the pumice so feet looked exactly the same as before. The gel pedicure also cracked on the side and now my nail is damaged and partially missing. The gel job on toes was not good either. He kept taking glasses on and off to see and I really don't think he could see what he was doing. Both had ear pods in the entire time. She was watching a show and had to keep backing it up if she missed anything when she looked away at my nails.

Got my nails done for the first time in a few years. An older man started shaping my almond…read moreextensions, and I guess I had asked for them to be too short because during shaping, he knowingly filed almost every edge right through my natural nail straight into the nail bed. What I thought was burning from the heat/friction or the nail file was in fact the destruction of my nail beds. Nikki did step in and fix the extensions which I really appreciated. She made them a little longer to cover up the now uncovered nail beds along the edges of my nail, and did a good job. But my nails are still very damaged, and now that I'm home picking things up/squeezing things hurts on almost every finger :( I'm glad others have had good experiences here but I will not go back.

I have been a loyal customer of Ann's since about 2021 and will NOT be back after today…read more I had an appointment for 11:30 AM that I had made days in advance on the business website. I arrived for my appointment on time and watched people who arrived after me get called back for 30 minutes. At noon, I asked the woman at the front desk if they would be able to get me in soon as my appointment was half an hour ago. She said yes, and it would just be a few minutes. Fair enough, the salon was busy. 30 MORE minutes later, they are STILL calling people back who arrived after I did. At this point, I asked the front desk again whether they would be able to get me in soon and pointed out the fact that people who arrived after me had been called back for an hour, even after I had said something once. They MISSED MY APPOINTMENT somehow, after I had been checked in, sitting in front of them, and asked the front desk TWICE when it would be time for me. They did apologize and offer a discount, but I'd prefer to find a nail salon who doesn't ignore the existence of longtime customers.

Positives: same day appointment, quick service Negatives:…read morenail tech didn't ask what shape I wanted (I came in with almond and she cut them square and was about to paint them when I mentioned that they were not even shaped.) Then two nails chipped after only 48 hours. I've had gel manicures last for weeks at other salons so I'm quite disappointed. $40 for a manicure that lasted two days is unacceptable.

I don't typically leave negative reviews, but I was disappointed with my experience. I have given…read morethis salon several opportunities, hoping each visit would improve. What led me to write this review was that a newer technician cured excess gel onto my skin during my Gel-X application, leaving my skin attached to my nail. This is a serious safety concern and may increase the risk of developing a gel allergy. I also left with several small cuts around my cuticles from filing, and the curing process caused significant burning. I wish I had spoken up during my appointment, but I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously and places greater emphasis on safer application practices moving forward. It's disappointing that the quality of the experience seems to depend heavily on which technician you are scheduled with, because the salon itself is very cute and in a great location.
