Rib plate with Mac & cheese
    Cristina B.

We ate at neon pig for lunch while visiting the Winstar casino. I ordered the ribs which is what I normally order at bbq restaurants. My husband ordered half chicken. For our sides I ordered Mac & cheese and my husband ordered the beans. Everything was very tasty and our order came out promptly. Their bbq sauces are also 10/10 delicious! Service was absolutely wonderful and the place itself was very clean and ambiance was casual. Definitely recommend!

I really enjoyed the bbq here, it was tender and tasty. Great seasoning and the sides were very good. The staff and service were wonderful, very polite and on it. We got our food pretty quickly and was asked multiple times if we needed anything, they were great. The restaurant itself was very clean, good amount of seating, and didn't smell like cigarette smoke. I loved the baked beans it was my favorite side and the ribs were seasoned perfectly and fell of the bone with a simple bite. I recommend eating here if you ever visit the WinStar!

Avoid this place at all cost if you are hungry. We have been sitting here for over 40 minutes waiting on 2 premade salads and a some brisket, not a sandwich, nothing special, just a pile of meat! I asked the employee if we could get the salads and he said he would see what he would do. We have eaten here before and I know for fact they just take them out of the cooler up front! This will def be the last time we eat here... it is ALWAYS so slow and the food is def nothing to brag about, it's ok but I will pass on by next time and go to one of the other establishments!

This is one of many restaurants inside the WinStar casino in Thackerville Oklahoma. My friend and I had a hard time choosing where to eat. We decided on the Neon Pig. It was an excellent decision. I had the pulled chicken sandwich. The chicken had an amazing smoky flavor and was really tender. I had them put the horseradish pickles on the side. I had never heard of horseradish pickles and assumed I wouldn't like them. I was wrong. They were amazing. I also had a baked potato, plain. It was encrusted with salt. It was really good too. My friend had the brisket and she said hers was great also.

The pork looked like ground beef didn't taste like pork. Very dry fries were reheated thank God for the barbecue cause it wet pork.

Nachos were great. Chips were very fresh

Ok so this was not the best BBQ but I must say it was better than I thought. We had a $100 free food voucher that we wanted to use. The counter person was very sweet and helpful and we actually got one order to go and plenty of food for lunch as well. The food was good and was plenty for my wife and myself who are not big eaters. They were out of all dessert options which was a bummer.

Was impressed with the ribs and sausage. Not too bad for a casino restaurant. I'd go back

My wife and I ate lunch here yesterday with a food voucher and we enjoyed it. Reasonable wait time, acceptable customer service, decent quality food, and prices were as expected. Would I come back without a free food voucher? Probably not. I had the Pulled Pork Smashed Potato. The potato was a little overcooked and the skin was tough and hard to cut through with plastic cutlery, but the overall flavor of the dish was good. My wife ordered the three meat plate. The brisket, jalapeno cheddar sausage and ribs were all good. Baked beans were nothing special, neither was the cornbread. The Carolina BBQ sauce was our favorite of the three, even though it was nothing like actual Carolina style BBQ sauce. Not much else to say. Glad we tried this place out and might come back some day, but I would likely choose the pizza place in the casino over Neon Pig.

I had a pulled pork sandwich and potato salad, which were surprisingly good. The reviews are not great here. I wanted to try something different while at Winstar so I gave them a chance. I'm glad I did. The staff was friendly and it wasn't crowded. I am a picky eater. I expected to come here and write a not so great review, but it's not warranted.

This place just opened up at Winstar and I had a $30 dollar voucher to use. This place is located in the new wing. It is still doing renovations. They have more machines there. The place looks nice outside. The prices are overpriced, but you are at the casino so I am sure the business has to pay royalties. The place was pretty busy at 6:00pm on a Tuesday. I ordered the brisket mac n cheese and the original sandwich to go. I had the mac and cheese and it was really goo even after the following day. The sandwich was okay. Probably best if you have it fresh as when I got home it was soggy as I went to eat at another place that day. I would definitely come back here again to eat.

Came to the Neon Pig for the first time! The cashier, Rheanne was very nice and welcoming. The food was delicious! We ordered the chop brisket sandwich, big stack sandwich, half chicken and half pound of black pepper sausage! Servings were nice. It was a little pricey but it is inside a casino. We were able to use some food credit rewards so pricing wasn't bad. 10/10 would come again! My favorite was the big stack sandwich.

Tried this place out while we visited Winstar for the casino part as this was newly opened and not busy. The line: there were no line at all and this is located in a new area which kind of attracts us plus its a bbq and I was craving ribs. The price seems very reasonably cheap. We end up spending about $52 for the meal for 2 here. I got three combo plates of jalapeño cheese sausage, ribs and brisket with sides of coleslaw and mac and cheese. My bf got pulled pork nachos. Three combo plates: Jalapeño and cheese sausage was flavorful and yummy. Brisket was well cooked and ribs were great. The portion wasn't big for $26. Just enough for one person. The sides of coleslaw was ok but the mac n cheese was awful. You could only taste mac and butter with hardly or no cheese at all. We told them about it and all they said is they will let the cook knows and walked away. The nacho was just ok. I wouldn't get it again though. The sauces were pretty good but for the price that we thought it was jot that expensive, I could have got something better. Definitely has to rethink if we want to go back or not... maybe not for a while.

    Brisket

That was the worst brisket I've had in a long time. There was WAY more fat than meat, and the meat was chewy.

I went to Hutchins BBQ thinking I'd grab a quick bite…read more What actually happened felt... intimate. The pork ribs arrived first--glistening, smoky, practically begging for attention. One touch, and they gave in completely. No resistance. Just tender, juicy surrender. I leaned in, and suddenly it was just me and those ribs, no distractions, no dignity left. The kind of experience where you stop caring who's watching. Then the mac and cheese. Soft. Creamy. Rich in a way that feels almost too indulgent. It coats everything slowly, deliberately... like it knows exactly how to linger. Each bite deeper than the last. I didn't rush it. You don't rush something like that. The green beans surprised me. They had bite. Confidence. A little snap that kept things interesting--like a playful contrast to everything else melting around me. Not innocent. Not at all. And then... the tangy pork sauce. Sweet, smoky, just enough sharpness to make you react. I dipped once. Then again. Then I stopped pretending I had any self-control. It clung to everything in the best way--bold, unapologetic, unforgettable. By the time I thought I was completely undone... they handed me free banana pudding. Cool. Smooth. Soft in all the right ways. A gentle finish after everything that came before. I slowed down. Let it linger. Didn't want it to end. I left full... flushed... slightly overwhelmed. Hutchins isn't just BBQ. It's an experience you feel in your whole body.

The second time we took the family there the wife and kids got chopped brisket sandwiches which were good. I got the brisket and jalapeno sausage. Sadly, while it had a good char the brisket was dry as heck. Not good for a signature item on the menu.
