I'm so happy I found Jenna! I had previously gotten my eyebrows done through another company a few years ago and the color was starting to fade into a really off putting grey color. If I could leave more than just 5 stars, I would! I had my eyebrows microbladed and a small tattoo done on my arm by Jenna. My first impression when she started on my eyebrows was that she is very light handed, which I love because some people are way to heavy handed and that personally makes my experience not so great. As soon as she started to work on my arm, I actually started to doze off a little, LOL! I was a little picky when it came to my tattoo, but as soon as I told her what I was invisioning, she knew exactly how to piece it all together and bring it to life! It was pretty cool. She's also super fun to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back for a touch-up and more tats soon. Also, I can't wait for her to do my hair! This girl does it all!! I was referred to Jenna for my non existent eyebrows. Like a lot of us I spent my teen years plucking them til the last 5 follicles decided to just have a funeral. Her consultation was thorough, she explained everything I was to expect from the time we started drawing to the last wipe before the reveal. This girl is beyond talented with brows! I found her when getting my eyebrows done and they were a GAME CHANGER, I mean where has this been my entire life!? She did the most AMAZING job ever and I can not get over how natural they look. She also explained the entire process which made me feel so much more comfortable. Terrible customer service. First of all- I traveled from San Bernardino with my eyebrows done so she can see my shape. She didn't even look at it and made her own shape. I told her I don't normally place my arch there and we argued about where my arch SHOULD be however I did not feel comfortable with her suggestion and asked if I can just mark where I want my arch placed. Secondly- I was her last appointment of the day and I felt she was rushing through everything. Half ass numbing cream, and I LITERALLY felt every blade she was doing I wanted to CRY. I felt there was not any numbing cream at all!? There was no way in hell I was going back to her for a re touch and when I went to another lady I was very scared because of the pain. But when she put the numbing cream & started the microblading I felt NOTHING! I was so surprised! That THIS IS THE RIGHT WAY! I would never go back to Jenna, I can't believe I drove an hour for her that. Don't go there to waste your money on poor service and okay eyebrows. read more

Although Jenna MAY know what she's doing. She is VERY unprofessional. Like going out to eat. Food is good. But service is horrible. I won't go back. BE WARNED!! I had an appointment. (This was a few months ago) I drove from Riverside. She had let me know she was going to be late after I let her know I was close. (She was late on my first appt. with her at the West Covina location as well) She was 40 mins late!... I saw her walk to the business with her boyfriend in tow. I actually waited for her to text me she was there. Nope. 10 mins later I walked in. She was sharpening a pencil. Really?... ok. She then proceeded to keep sharpening. After she was done she was like have a seat. I was already a little irked. No apology. No acknowledgement of anything. She half a$$ed put numbing cream on my brows. All the while her boyfriend was vacuuming under my feet. SMH. The bathroom was a mess. Dirty. Not clean. Then she told me lay in the table. She did my touch up. Well when it came time to pay... she tried to charge me 150. Touch ups are 75 I think according to her web. I told her to kick rocks. I'm only going to pay the $75. I paid the $75. She was VISIBLY not happy. Oh well. She never looked at the brows. Assisted them or said wow this will cost more. I would have been more than happy to compromise. But her attitude and disregard for business etiquette was not cool. I think everyone who told her she was great went to her head. AND both times she was bad mouthing other clients. Talked about all her surgeries and how she had to pay bills....Soooooo. Long story short. Don't use Jenna. I had seen the Yelp reviews. I should have listen. Yelp warned me. Hope you all get warned. OH. FYI. SHE HAS CLASSES WHICH SHE CHARGES 2K FOR. SHE GAVE MY FRIEND 3 BS CLASSES. DIDN'T TEACH HER MUCH. WAS ON THE PHONE MOST IF THE TIME TEXTING HER FRIENDS. Jenna was very unprofessional, talking about her personal life, which I did not care to know of. Showing up late and hungry, she even said "I'll be back I need to eat something" red flags were EVERYWHERE....But I always like to give people the benefit of the doubt. What a shame. I 'am a former customer that got eyebrows tattoo from Jenna, at the West Covina location before she moved to Hesperia. She initially did a good job, until about 6 months later the color turned red. I originally had my eyebrows done somewhere else, but the lady was booked for many months out and I wanted to add a little more of an arch, soo I found Vamp Ink. Jenna did a good job with arch however I was a little worried when she didnt mix the color customed to my natural eyebrow hair color as did the first lady (professional). When I asked her, she said, this is your color. So, move forward to a few months later, I contact Jenna and it was such a negative and mean response. I told her the situation. Instantly she went on the defensive instead of acting like a professional she immediately got angry and defensive. I expected her to offer to atleast take a look and see how it can be corrected. Thats what I believe anyone would expect from a true professional. Very disappointing. To top it off, when she snapped at me and asked if I was asking for a retouch or to argue!? I told her I would never return to her with that attitude. I also said I was going to put this on YELP and she had the nerve to send me her OLD business name, which doesn't exist anymore. I will never return to her, she had a very bad energy and always spoke badly of other customers in front of me. If she does it to them, she does it about me. I got my brows microbladed with Jenna they looked great the first day i was told my brows would get darker because my brow hair is black and they looked very light and they didnt get darker at all i was left with brown/redish ink no hair strokes at all just brown ink thank god I was still able to cover it up with make up cuz most of the work disappeared also what a waste of my hard earned money and I'm sad I referred her to family and the same happen to them and she was so rude when confronted about it she was so unprofessional I would not refer her to anyone anymore read more

Total waste of money! She is not in Hesperia anymore but in Upland with Black Rose Social Club. Her regular price is $350 but when i asked her she said it was $375. She shapes them the way she wants. I had told her i didn't want them thick and she left them thicker than what i had. On the top corners of both eyebrows it looks tattooed, almost as if she did the lines too close together that they connected. Jenna does not have any type of friendly customer service skills at all.
