All we got from the guy there was this is the unit,do you want to place an order? Of course we left that place. We contacted Best Media and made a appt to stop by their office. Due to the pandemic, they are by appt only. When we arrived, Denny brought us into the show room and sat us down. What he did next surprises us! He spent almost 2 hrs going over every features of the karaoke system and there was no pressure tactics to purchase. Of course we walk out with a brand new Best Media BN5000 system! The 2 hrs Denny spent with us pretty much taught us how to operate the system which prior to that we have no idea what it is! Best service and professionalism. Chris stayed on the phone with me for 2 hours (I am not local) and was able to guide me through set-up, care for my system, and even noticed that the red cap from the needle broke off and needed to be removed (pictured). He gave me recommendations on how to get it out, waited for me to try them, and sent me a link for the correct needle replacement. Im able to listen to the radio and my tapes now, just waiting for the needle and I can finally play my records. I tried to tell her both orders said picked up with the same pick up time. However she wanted the last word and to make me seem wrong, that's okay. But respect should always be there no matter the situation... I had a bad taste in my mouth from this experience and I thought about leaving the store because of how negative the impact was , I felt she was frustrated with me because she didn't understand the technology, I didn't get her name.. but I'm sure if she reads this she'll know.. I hope she grows more patient and learns to be gentle with customers . However my favorite cashier at this store was there during that time, and she checked me out! Worst Target experience for Drive Up! I've been waiting over 25 minutes, and it's now 9:36 PM with…read moreno order yet. I specifically chose Drive Up because I have three kids with me, and it seemed much easier than unloading everyone just to grab one item. At this point, I could have gone inside and been out in five minutes. My poor kids ended up falling asleep while we waited. I was trying to surprise them with a little treat, and now they've missed out because of the delay. Unfortunately, this experience has convinced me to start driving to a farther Target location instead.
