I walked in with one mission: jar labels. Simple. Focused. Responsible adult behavior…read more I had just left another craft-type store nearby that almost had what I needed, and I spotted Hobby Lobby and thought, "Oh yeah... I forget this store exists every few years." I've only been here about three times in my life, and every visit feels like unlocking a secret retail side quest. The moment I walked in and saw nothing but aisle numbers, I knew I was no longer in control of my destiny. There is no such thing as a quick trip here. You don't shop here... you embark. To their credit, an employee pointed me straight to the labels (bless them). They were organized, affordable, and exactly what I needed. Craft supply pricing here honestly feels pretty great. BUT... while there is an overwhelming amount of cute décor, it's just not totally my vibe. It's the kind of cute that makes you excited for five minutes and then quietly wonder if it will survive longer than a seasonal storage bin. Meanwhile, I'm over here wanting items my imaginary future grandchildren will fight over like antique heirlooms. That's probably a me problem. Naturally, I still left with extra items because this store gently convinces you that you're one decorative sign away from becoming a person who owns multiple glue guns and hosts themed brunches. End result: Labels secured. Budget slightly confused. Craft ambitions unrealistically boosted. Great selection, helpful staff, solid prices... just not fully my aesthetic cup of tea. Would absolutely return for supplies. Would absolutely fail at buying only one thing again.

The checkout lines were waayyyyy long, with only 2 cashiers. I did like a lap desk for my personal laptop but i wouldn't wait around. Added pic so I remember for next time i'm at a different location.

Unfortunately I'm met with poor customer service each time I visit. On my most recent trip I picked…read moreup some jewelry beads which were heavily marked as on sale with placards posted all across the products. At checkout, the older woman working as the cashier mumbled under her breath as she was ringing me up which I assumed was her talking to herself/noting what the costs were to ring up. She told me the total and I swiped my card not thinking too much of it. When I got back to my car I realized the math didn't quite add up. I checked the receipt and realized the jewelry beads were not discounted so I went back inside to request a price verification. I was rudely told that she had told me those weren't on sale - which maybe she did whilst she was mumbling but I hadn't acknowledged it as I didn't actually hear it. I let her know if they weren't on sale then I'd like to return those items. Thankfully a manager stepped in and let her know the beads were indeed on sale and showed her where it said so on the weekly flyer. The cashier apologized to the manager - not me.

The seasonal displays were fun to browse through. The store can get pretty busy at peak times, and sometimes checkout lines take a little longer than you'd expect.

It was not crowded, and I was able to browse the store and check out all the new items. The staff is friendly, and I had a good shopping experience here. I love this location because the store is twice as big as the other locations, and there's always so much clearance, and it is always fully stocked!

All familiar faces that know me as a regular (mind you, I am not a creature of habit and don't "regular" anywhere). But I knew everyone. Christian values, why not? Things were good for a longgg time. But nowadays things have gone downhill. The vibe is off, everyone is complaining about everything all the time, and to the customers too - since customers just love hearing that! Apparently corporate is pressing them on being lessssss helpful to people since Karen's have complained - AS KARENS DO. But in all honesty, they were never really "helpful" per say, I just needed them to stock a shelf. If it were a robot doing it, I'd be set - maybe soon! I supported you when nobody else did. Your selection was limited for sooo long and your prices were above all...so people who collect didn't visit you, but I did. But no more. No incentive since I never find anything good there anymore other than scowly, squinty-eyed looks from melodramatic employees making it seem as if they do more than simply take an item out of a box and put it on a shelf. Zero drama needed ladies, seriously. Have a blast making everything out of nothing and being a shining example of what a Christian store should be. -Good Times

Service/Selection 5/5 To be frank, this is my wife's store that I've come to appreciate. While she's of getting picture frames, artwork of other interior design pieces I love to pour over the books and affirmation items. I always find something to grab and save for that time when someone needs their spirits lifted. They have them and I scooped up five! Books, I typically find 2-3 as title change quickly. Scored a big one today. Value 5/5 This is truly a value store, fun inventory at reasonable prices. Marking today's visit harlarious was my dilation. Holy Cow Becky everything was so bright I had a difficult time reading, seeing and at time holding my eyes open must have been a spectacle to see, pun intended! Plus every other week their yearn is 30% off so I made sure to come the correct week. Even though their prices have gone up, that still drops to an affordable amount. The aisles were nice and clean. The employees are not always the friendliest although some are. But they are always available to help you find what you are looking for. I found a cute pair of lavender shorts but there was no place to try them on so I went ahead and bought them in the size I thought would fit and brought them home to try, knowing I could take them back if they didn't fit and try another size. I asked about the return policy and the girl told me you have 60 days with the receipt and 90 days without a receipt. I thought that was more than generous. I'm sure I will be back.
