We were so impressed by the offerings and service at the Desert Ridge location and expected the same experience here. Wrong. This store felt picked over. The employees were a mixed bag. One employee helped me get down an item that I couldn't reach, but the clerk who checked me out seemed annoyed to be there dealing with customers. While I understand that retail work can be taxing, the store wasn't particularly busy and I only had a few items. Very disappointing, especially when you're paying a pretty penny for Kirkland's items. I will return to Kirkland's, but unfortunately, not this location.

Now, with Kirkland's combining with Bed Bath & Beyond and The Container Store, the Kirkland's website is basically gone before the new shopping experience is even ready. ‍ Why shut down a website that customers actively use before you have its replacement fully functioning? There are SO many Kirkland's items that were previously available online that you simply cannot find in the stores. Holiday shopping was one of my favorite reasons to visit the Kirkland's website, and now that option isn't available. I understand businesses change, merge, and restructure--but from a loyal customer's perspective, this feels incredibly uncoordinated and poorly planned. If you're going to transition customers to something new, at least have the new experience ready before taking away the old one! I love Kirkland's products, which is exactly why this is so frustrating. Please bring back a way for us to actually shop the full Kirkland's selection online--especially with the holiday season coming! A very disappointed Kirkland's customer.

Maybe it's backordered or there was confusion, but the lack of communication and refusal to address $130 in missing order is inexcusable. I had to file a credit card dispute to get my money back.

Statues, lamps, decor and lighting are also displayed throughout the store and come in a variety of styles. This furniture store is just our style. I'd say it's a combination of eclectic, exotic and traditional. The prices are pretty much the same as any other furniture store you visit and you find many unique items. This was our first time in and while walking around in the store, we were asked several times by many different cells representatives if we needed any help.

I normally have a good experience here, but I'm not too sure what the issue was today. I have my…read moreinfant on my chest in a baby carrier and my toddler in a shopping cart, it was a Trader Joe's shopping cart because those are the only carts outside in the parking lot and with me having an infant and toddler for me to get a cart outside versus having to wait until we get into the store is way easier.. I go into the store and the worker tells me I cannot have that cart inside. I have to use a once upon a child shopping cart. I really almost wanted to leave and just say forget it, but I already drove 40 minutes to come here so I figured whatever. I literally set the Trader Joe's shopping cart right outside the doors and then grabbed a once upon a child shopping cart, it is definitely an inconvenience having to do that with me having a baby in a baby carrier on my chest but OK I guess they have the rules. I didn't really think the shopping cart mattered where it was from. I know if they make an exception with me they'll have to make the exceptions for other people, but I feel like they could have said I just need to make sure I leave with that cart that I can't leave the cart inside that store . Or possibly it's a Trader Joe's thing where Trader Joe's doesn't want their shopping cart inside once upon a child I don't know but again rules are rules so whatever . But what really annoyed me is when standing at checkout, there is no one else in the checkout line, there are three workers putting hangers back. Nobody said anything to me. I'm literally standing there holding the clothes I'm wanting to purchase in my hand, waiting for one of the workers to tell me which register I can set my stuff down at. I'm not sure if I will visit this location again. my experience I had there this time shopping was very annoying. They are having their 90% off summer clothes so it was nice to take advantage of good deals. There were a couple pieces of clothes on hangers that did have stains on them. To try and support local, I called Arizona fabrics to see what they had in stock and if they were open. The lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful and patient with me throughout all of my questions. I was blown away by her amazing service and how much effort she put into finding exactly what I was looking for. Moments later, I placed my first order for pickup to get started. Now, a few days later, I am heading back for another pickup. I was able to get exactly what I needed on their site azquilts.com. The prices are competitive and the fabric is FAR Superior to the fabric sold at big box stores. Since getting our first pickup, we have decided to only go to AZ quilts as their product is better and service is out of this world!
