I was surprised at the size of this location. With its open floor plan it feels much larger than the other locations in nearby cities. Most have at least partial walls separating certain areas of the store. I did notice right away that everything was backwards in way of placement of items with holiday decor on the left of the store here. I came specifically for Fall decor, but to my surprise it was full of Christmas stock as well. Every employee we encountered was so nice and they had so many great sales going on. Prices we really fare for most. I do feel however their wreaths are so overpriced. The store was clean and organized well. Parking was a breeze with easy in and out of the parking lot. I think it's the best location I've been to as of yet. Come check it out if you love all things home decor and/or crafting.

I later purchased 2 new sergers from them as well. They offer a free owners class after you purchase a machine to help you learn the ins/outs. They also offer classes where you will actually make various things in a group setting. And they have trunk shows sometimes too where they demonstrate various products they sell which I really enjoy for inspiration as well.

Many of the images are modular and allow for tons of different combinations (i.e. hats for various animals/people, etc.) In addition, Kim herself is a significant figure in the rubber stamping community, having worked with various magazines and high-profile design teams. I've purchased both stamps and steel dies from Paper Smooches. Each of my orders have arrived very quickly and the products are all top-notch. Customer service if phenomenal when you have a need or a question. I've also worked with a retailer that carries PS products, and this retailer has had nothing but glowing reviews for the service she received. Even when she had needs at the very last minute, Paper Smooches came to the rescue. PS has a wonderful design team, so if you need ideas for how you use any of the products there are numerous ideas for each one available with the click of a mouse. The cushion material was special order and they were very accommodating. The turn around was about 2 weeks as we had a lot of cushions. When they delivered the cushions they were in plastic bags for protection. I also had asked them for ties on each cushion. Was no problem for them. The long and short.... Professional service, great customer service, great price. You always have to wonder when someone who you never met takes your stuff will get your stuff back. With these guys, rest assured.

I searched for weeks to find an upholstery shop that could restore a vintage Victorian style couch, chair and dining room chairs. But as soon as I came across Sit Well's website I knew I had found a company that had the requisite expertise to do the job. From my first call with the owner Rick, to the home visit with their interior designer Cheyenne I was enthralled by their professionalism, and their level of expertise, attention to detail and views on environmentalism. Every aspect of their business protocol was exemplary. Their prices were reasonable. They adhered to their the service schedule. They provided multiple verbal and pictorial project updates. They were responsive when we had questions. They provided white glove pickup and return service. The finished product... well it was absolute perfection and indescribably beautiful. Sit WELL took furniture that just may be 100 years old, that was so worn, thread bare and actually ready for the trash heap and transformed it into pieces that look like they belong in a museum. I had not great experiences at the Phoenix sewing multi-brand store (not Mulqueen or Bernina). I had said I wanted to stay under $1k and had received the most appalled reaction and customer service. Contrast to Mulqueen. Walk in, all the machines are on & ready to play with. I had called to check availability of a few models and chose this location over tempe based on machines on the floor. I brought scraps with me & set to testing but was quickly confused by some of the buttons. A woman appeared right about that time, sat down next to me and walked me through it. Keep in mind this was a $500 machine not $3k or something. She even suggested a less expensive version next to it often used in their classes (Janome) ultimately decided this was too basic & I missed computerized so she walked me to the Juki I requested next & I quickly set to work testing it. This particular model (hzl f600) was over m y budget but I knew the basic functionality was similar to the ones I was considering. Absolutely loved it! Denim, slippery rayon, no issues. She said you know we might have this used. She walked me to the oasis of used/refurb machines. They had every machine I was considering-available used/refurb and under $1k!! I ultimately got the f600 used -could not be happier-and saved enough to buy way more fabric than I need. My only complaint is we need a location in Phoenix or Scottsdale!!!! The gentleman in the refurb area was also super helpful answering questions the woman couldn't (she had long gray hair but didn't catch a name). Well worth the 35 minute drive & seriously only place I will go for machines.
