The designer/jeweler/owner/most extraordinary gentleman aka Gene came from the back room and not only provided me with designs and options for my ring, he answered all of my questions, gave me a tour, and assured me my ring was in good hands. None of the other places I visited gave me options or could answer my simplest questions without making me feel inferior or just flat out didn't answer them. I am beyond thankful for the team at Goldkost for being far superior from start to finish with this process (Which only took a few days to complete)!!! I showed her a chain I wanted to get a loan for. She briefly looked at it, then said "Pass" put it on the counter with my ID and abruptly answered the phone, completely dismissing me! Extremely rude. She shouldn't work somewhere where she has to interact with customers. Then I saw an older woman there, who nicely explained the chain was only 55% gold, invited me to watch the machine that analyzed it so I would have no doubt. Then she gave me loan for another item I brought in. Such a completely different experience.
