Their apothecary line is one of my favorites, I'm obsessed with the "Bug Off" spray during the season, and their "Cleanse & Protect," "Love," and "Luck" sprays and oils are staples in my spiritual toolkit. Fantasia Crystals is family-run, and the energy here reflects that every interaction I've had has been warm, kind, and helpful. The designer/jeweler/owner/most extraordinary gentleman aka Gene came from the back room and not only provided me with designs and options for my ring, he answered all of my questions, gave me a tour, and assured me my ring was in good hands. There were 2 employees in the small space and I was the only customer. I was literally ignored for like 3 mins. How hard is it to say "be right with you" or even "hello". It made it very awkward. Also it took way too long for the watch. I had time to look around and the jewelry is fine but ridiculously expensive for the mid level brands they carry.
