Horrible customer service. Owner messed up by giving my order/claim to someone else and had the biggest balls to call me a "Karen". Owner says my order/claim is lost. The only way to loose it is by giving it to someone else. I told her how disappointing and her reply was "this happens when shopping with small biz". Absolutely untrue! Interesting...here goes.. Ok when I pulled up. i was def unsure where I was going. I walked up to a side door, where a guy came out (with a tone? Whatev lol) directed me around the side. Around back you'll find enough parking for 2- 3 cars next to the dumpsters and smoking section. There's a Small closed off section with..ok items on the "show floor", warehouse setting, nothing like the pictures. Pictures have nice bright set ups, shiny pretty crystals, sparking from one table end to another. Like exactly how it sounds right? "SHOW FLOOR" I was a lil disappointed."cute" stuff but not wow. Not like the pics I should say. Still made my lil 75 dollar purchase, got a couple free items. (Gotta support my local crystal shop, that was my mind frame) The "cuter" stuff as I saw is more for the IG live. NOW THAT was weird also..I picked out some things on a Wed live, come to find I couldn't make the purchase after viewing enough items. The "order" would not originate until 4 days later on a Sunday. However you may "claim" items in the live where you acquire a basket. Here is where I felt obligated (low key forced) to wait out this order (I had claimed super cute stuff). There's aren't any putback's, you could abandoned an order but you'll find yourself blocked if you don't follow thru basically. Ok, so, The order finally posts on their website, Sunday evening. Easy to find. Also, Don't have any questions about your order because while there is someone there to bill you there is no one there to answer questions. They sell items on IG so I figured, send a message on IG. Messenger shows ACTIVE, Crickets. Whatev. Make the 300+ purchase. Website states orders are ready in 24hrs for pickup. I messaged on IG to confirm. Crickets. Look up hours. They're closed on Sundays and Mondays lol Come Tuesday. I open up order on website, scroll down, there's an address and phone number. I call. Guy answers, "hello" lol cut me off a few times and even said, "I'm not even sure how you got this number" lol Woow lol (I made a $300+ purchase and your business info was attached, no actually I hacked you for deep Crystal knowledge. Eye roll.) Whatev I jus want my crystals. Now, the 4th business day and 6 days total from the time I claimed my items, they're with me. Temu had me at 6 days and they used a boat in there somewhere ‍ Stay blessed people. May your experience be AMAZING! Instagram brought me to this place. Prices are good, but 80% of the items are not labeled. I asked the cashier what type of crystal was that I had in my hand and he had no clue. From what I could identify on my own, there were rose quartz spheres, labordorite cabs, selenite wands & bowls, and amethyst of many forms. If they are hoping to sell to the general non-geologist public, labels would be nice. Some of the pre-packaged sets said made in China, but that really wasn't the info I was looking for. I'd still try to come back and hopefully its a bit more shopper-friendly. PS. I went in looking for carnelian, lapis, malachite, opal or moonstone. I struck out on those choices, but walked out with a small purchase of a pendulum of unidentified material. I'll post pic in a bit and maybe someone can help me identify. read more

We were visiting the Phoenix area with our grandson who collects rocks and minerals. Forgotten Rarities has a large selection of gems, fossils and minerals both in natural form and polished. The gents that were present were very friendly and accommodating. When you enter the property it appears to be a warehousing complex. Once you enter the complex enter a gated driveway on the right and the entrance will be on the left. Highly recommend if you're looking for formations in raw and polished form.
