I really should have gotten the associAte's name, but I forgot to. he did not display good, or even alright customer service... He did not introduce himself to me. He did not ask if I needed help finding anything. he was working today in the handbag department. He did look up a bag for me to see if it was in stock but he did not treat me the way I should be treated when I walk into a store. He stood kind of far from me, pretending to work but he was watching me as if I was a sketchy customer like I was going to steal or something. I felt like he profiled me because I look very young. I'm in my mid twenties but look like 18 maybe even 16 lol. Either way, i don't like feeling the way I did when I was in Neiman earlier. I have only Shopped in Neiman a handful of times, and would much rather shop at Nordstrom where they are actually friendly and helpful. The only reason I will come to Neiman is if it is not in stock at nordstrom. I would give one star based off my experience today, but the store it self is great. read more

Worst customer service experience. Iw as at childrens clothing section. There was a guy named Mino ? Nino? He was mocking my mother for not speaking fluent English. I was away from her as I was changing my son at their changing room. (Which is very clean and nice!) They asked my mother first and last name. She said my first name. The guy started laugh on her constantly. He said they dont have change for her hundred dollar bill. Then he walked away and start laughing with his coworker who never laughed with him. I questioned him why he was laughing at her. He said he never laughed. Excuse me ?! There are plenty of place where i can get my sons clothes. Rest of the other ladies were nice and helpful. Yes, I've been here several times and I can say that it's a typical Neimans - lots of expensive luxe goods and plenty of temptation at every turn. For both me and the wife. I do like me a Neimans... However, what's even funnier is that there is a changing room for those with the baminos. Only, there's no door. So when my wife left me with the baby when she had to run back into Forever 21, I had to try and take a screaming kid into the changing room and then grimace in embarrassment as he demonstrated that he certainly inherited my genes with his 200 decibel howling, unabated by a door. I'm sure someone in the store though I was boiling my son alive. Can we put a door on that room? I mean, I did pay $2000 for a hand bag here before. We originally walked in here for two reasons. Chanel earrings for my sister and a Prada wallet for myself. Upon arrival my sister headed to the bathroom as I headed to Prada. There were two associates and I was the only one in the store, neither of them said a word to me. Two men than walk in and both associates greeted them. Still not a word to me. I walked around to store, stood at the case for a bit, walked passed the associates, still not a word. So I left. Met my sister in Chanel, saw one other person and thought they were just another customer, until she turned around and greeted us, and asked if we needed help. Yes we did! We asked for the earrings and Adrienne was very helpful and patient with us, as we tried on different earrings. My sister picked out a pair she liked while I went on to browse the store. I browsed some purses, fell in love with one, Adrienne helped me decided without being overbearing or pushy. But I left without a purse. Went back to Prada to try again. Still no response. So we left and headed towards Chanel again, and bought that purse I love from Adrienne. Glad someone deserving got that commission. read more

I have been shopping here for over ten years every time im in town as we don't have one in Utah. I love Neimans but his last time I was being helped by a Michael Moore who kept misquoting me wrong prices and when I finally was ready to check out everything was a lot more then he quoted. Now i dont know if this is his way to sell or what but i think as a representative of such a big company this a tasteless practice that treats your patrons like we have no shopping sense or we just have so much money we dont mind being lied to about price. First store I visited at the Fashion Mall. Love this store! Every departments has the best of best in brands and product.  I can get lost for days in this store.  Especially love the beauty department. Recently got addicted to the La Mer Brand that they carry. One of the sales ladies was nice enough to give me tons of samples of their eye cream and face cream and I immediately became addicted.  Went to the La Mer Counter and was immediately assisted by a sales associate. She was very nice and also introduced to me to some of their new products and gave me generous samples. I really like the service at Neiman. This store allowed someone to charge $2600 after it was declined 3 times by 3 other cards. My wallet was compromised. I called them to make them aware of this and to ask that in the future maybe validating photo ID after 3 cards get declined is the right move. Well she told me that this doesn't raise red flags for them, they don't care and I'll need to settle it with my bank. Obviously I handled this with my bank but the reaction I got from Neiman Marcus tells me they promote fraud and don't care because they want to reach their numbers. I grew up visiting Neiman's for every special occasion dresses, so it is only normal for me to go to them to get my wedding dress and selections for my bridesmaids. Dallas being where the corporate office is, I went back home looking for my dress. I have always loved Vera Wang (go figure) but at the time when I was making my appointment for Dallas from Las Vegas, they didn't have any on hand but they promised they would have them available when I went home. They suggested that I let them know which Vera Wang dresses I would like to try on and they will make sure they will have it available along with more dresses from Vera Wang and other designers I loved (Dior, Amsale Aberra, Vivienne Westwood, and etc...). When I went home and went in for wedding dresses selections, they had everything I wanted and more! It took two visits that week to finally pick my wedding dress. I told them I reside in Las Vegas and asked if it was possible for them to order my dress and delivered to Las Vegas location? Without hesitation, they happily agreed that they would make it happen! As promised, the dress arrived to the Las Vegas location, I picked it up and finally went in to get my dress fitting. When I went in to getting my fitting, they had pantyhose available along with shoes they thought that went well with the dress. All I brought was the undergarment that well be worn and the rest was magical. I brought some of my bridesmaids and drank bubbles while fitting. My experience with this department store has always been exceptional and I don't see why I will not continue to go back to share my special occasions with them! read more

I've had great experiences at Neiman Marcus & have had a lot of great deals throughout the years, on top of friendly employees. But im leaving one star because after a conversation with ANDY SETH the Manager on shift. He refused to help me n my brother in which my brother has been a clientele with Neiman Marcus for 7+ years. There seems to be miscommunication when logging someones name to a purchase of a product. Its not done as much as it should be when paying with cash. The manager was very rude and laughing when objecting to him denying taking the item back as store credit. Im sure it was out of nervousness but he then refused to come down to the men's department to clarify a few things with a representative that has known us for years. At first I thought it was kind of stupid to shop at NM here given that I have one in SF, but I am happy that I did. I had a great experience. I'd actually come in for the CHANEL counter, but I ended up browsing for clothes and found some great tops. I worked with a SA named Megan who was quite young but very professional and fun. I have been on a quest to find some "perfect" t-shirts and aside from my love of Theory, she introduced me to some others. All in all, a great experience. What more can I say about how much I adore NM Las Vegas? I recently moved away and I'm truly sad I won't be able to shop there as frequently. After being told at many boutiques that the bag I was searching for was sold out across the country, Carlos was able to find it immediately for me and had it shipped to me within a week. He is so incredibly helpful and nice, and my mom and I have resisted buying bags elsewhere just so we could buy from him! We had my younger sister and brother with us and he brought out bottled water and such for them as they waited for me and my mom to buy the bags. I love this store! I always feel out of place at Saks Fifth Avenue as though the salespeople are "sizing me up." In Neiman's there's noone of that. Everyone always greets you warmly. There is an especially wonderful saleswoman in the second floor ladies department named Elle. She is fabulous. She is so helpful, suggesting items without being the least bit pushy. Elle has a way of knowing exactly what you're looking for. So, if you ever find yourself in the ladies department in Neiman's ask for Elle. You won't be sorry! And also, the cafe on the second floor is also excellent. We were dining there and happened to ask our waitress if she knew who was winning in some sporting event that I have since forgotten. She asked the bartender who didn't know, so what did she do? She whipped out her IPhone and looked it up for us! Now that's going above and beyond I would say! read more

The Chanel boutique inside this particular Niemans is the worst. Went in to purchase a bag which I actually saw on display. But before I asked for that specific bag, I asked the salesperson if they had anything from 21-P. She was extremely dismissive and kept putting tissue paper in a box which I'm assuming she was wrapping up for another customer. I don't know. Maybe she was just practicing how to wrap!! No matter what I asked, almost before finishing my sentence, she cut me off and said " no I'm sorry we don't have any". She was extremely unprofessional. Almost had a Pretty Woman moment. Oh and there was this other salesperson who looked up at me and continued to check her phone. Mind you, there was NO ONE ELSE in the store. So these 2 salespeople really need a lesson in customer service. I hope the manager of that boutique within NM reads this and guides her employees along. It was Sunday morning 2/7/21 shortly after the store opened, in case you need to coach those 2 gals. excellent customer service all around neiman. i was browsing around all the departments and the chanel boutique/bag department gets an A+ for excellent customer service because there's a very helpful SA that answered all my questiones and even showed me 89038503 bags i asked to see. she even suggested me to hold off on spending g's on this chanel bag until their "girls night out" day so that i can get a gift certificate in return according to the % i would spend. i've been asked by at least one SA in each department if i need help with anything, except for the shoe department, which is totally my type of customer service style because i hate being followed around in the shoe department and asked if i need sizes for the 89038305 pairs of shoes i tried on. i was able to try on shoes from chanel, louboutin, prada, miu miu, ysl... and sooo much more. i thought i had teleported into carrie bradshaw's closet! for those of you looking for a nice evening/formal/cocktail dress to impress while in sin city, come to neiman. their formal dress department had a large selection and i swear if i win the jackpot i'd blow it all in neiman :) lets just hope i get that jackpot soon! read more

This review is solely for the Evening Wear Department. I came in here yesterday to look a for a long dress to wear to a wedding. Two associates saw me walk in looking around and I was never approached to see if I needed help. These two snobby ladies were just chitchatting like I didn't exist but offered assistance to this one shopper who carries a very expensive purse.. then another sales associate was talking on her phone the whole time that I didn't even realize she works there until she asked if I needed help, took the dress from my hand that I wanted to try on and puts it back in the rack and continues to talk on her phone (who the f*c* does that?!!!) Obviously Neiman Marcus is expensive no matter where you go, but unlike most of their stores this location at Fashion Show benefits in one big way - by being in Vegas, where the rich and the middle class often mingle and look similar to the retail eye, the typical pretense reserved for "elite" clientele is left out as each and every clerk is well dressed, well mannered, and incredibly helpful whether you're dressed in a Led Zeppelin T-Shirt or suited by Louis Vuitton. Featuring particularly impressive sales, particularly around the holidays, and the same impressive selection as Neiman Marcus in New York or San Francisco I can't say I have the time or inclination to shop here frequently, but it also never hurts to go in and look when everyone is so pleasant and the store is so well polished. read more

Bad customer service. I went in there with my sister and were shopping for clothes. One of the sales women there doesn't greet us but follows us to every corner of the store. I started walking back and forth to see if she was following us and she was! She even cornered us in a section and just kept staring at us while we shopped as if we were stealing. Then another older woman came after talking to her and confronted us by saying "Don't touch the clothes and careful to not spill your drink." with such an attitude when we didn't even spill anything or get anything dirty!
