I brought my Chanel bag to this store for repair on 5/25/2025. Last week I received a notice from them notifying the status of the repair is Ready for Pick-up. I was not local so I requested them to mail the bag to me. Such a joke turned out nothing got touched when I opened the box. See pictures. Will I buy the Chanel bag again ??? If this is the Chanel inside the Wynn, I had the most amazing experience. I had an important event that I was running late for and realized I left my lipstick at home. I needed to find lipstick right away. Once I was dropped off at Valet, I made my way towards the shops. I first went into Dior to since it was the closest to the entrance and the SA was so rude when I asked if they had any makeup. She told me to go across the street to fashion show mall and try Sephora. I left the store and made my way towards Chanel. They were so welcoming and I told them I was in desperate need of lipstick before my event. They told me they indeed had lipstick and I was immediately guided to Carol in the beauty section. She was so kind and asked me what shade I was looking for. I told her I needed something more satin, not matte, and then pointed to the lip color I had on. I even told her the lipstick I usually wore and she found an almost identical shade for me. I've been to Chanel before but something as simple as kindness the moment I walk in is not something I've expected. I feel like I've only received "good" service the moment I tell them I'm ready for a purchase. read more

I visited Chanel at the Wynn twice during a weekend girls trip and had the pleasure of working with Toni and Monica "Momo" on two separate occasions! Toni recommended the perfect blush for me in pink explosion and even balanced out my makeup for me! Monica was so attentive and patient, showing me a variety of silk bandeaus until I found the perfect one! She wrapped it up so beautifully too! This place had so many available SAs but none of them spoke to me or asked my if I needed anything, I looked around about 5-10 mins in the store and it confirmed that I did not want to spend my money here and instead I went down the hall to Louis Vuitton, as soon as I walked in, someone greeted me right away. Just with that it already felt like it was warm welcome, she asked if I was looking for anything in particular; which I was and then she moved on to some options and what they had in store, etc. She asked me how my day was going and if I was there on business, pleasure or both. This, I believe makes a huge impact on a customer buying or just even looking and maybe buying later, There were literally 5-10 SA's standing around looking but never once was I approached or anyone said hello, to even make it seem like hey, I'm here if you need anything, etc. I wasn't dressed like a crazy person either, I was wearing a suit set with some heels, and I had a gold nano speedy on me with some oversized shades one just wandering around, looking to spend some money on a vanity. I took a photo of a watch I looked at and again, 2-4 mins noone came up to me, listen I'm not saying they need my money because I wanted to spend it but the point is, the customer service for a place like this, IN A PLACE like this, they have to do better in some way. I ended up buying with Victoria at LV because she was sweet, and she actually found something I really liked/loved, it matched my ID V3 Labubu- I was looking for a mini dual type bag that gave me Loro Piana vibes but in that grayish, white gold/silver hardware tone in LV of course, since my collection of Onthego PMs had a variety of color but not a gray one with silver/white gold hardware type. She found it and I made the purchase and she was just so easy to speak with and work with. read more

Beautiful boutique & Kristi was SOO nice & helpful. A really great SA! She took her time and let us look around and try on everything we wanted without making us feel rushed. The patio overlooking the lake was closed but it's beautiful if it's open. We came around 5-6pm and there was no line. I interviewed for a Watches and Fine Jewelry position at this location and feel the need to leave a review because of my excellent experience. After a few interviews I ended up not getting the position however I truly felt like from start to finish this company held themselves to the utmost professionalism and I felt honored to have even got as far as I did in the interview process. The Director Ryan and Sales Manager Nikki in the Fine Jewelry Department were exceptional and I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them throughout my interview journey. They each took their time in getting to know me and treating me as if I wouldn't be just another person working for them but as if I'd become a part of their team, their work family. This location holds a dear place in my heart because it's where I got my first 2 Chanel bags about a year ago. My aunts always stop by here when we're on vacation, so naturally we came here when they wanted to treat me to a graduation gift for completing grad school. I can't remember the name of the SA who helped us, but she was so sweet and patient in showing me different bags and giving us time to decide which to purchase. Fast forward to earlier this summer, I decided to splurge on a bag for completing residency, so we came back here to shop. Selection was excellent--they had each of the styles I was considering. John helped us out and he was also super patient in showing us different styles/colors and was not pushy at all. I have been on a mission to find a classic CC Chanel belt. With everyone wearing the Gucci belt, I wanted to go a different route. Although I still haven't found what I'm looking for, I did find a pair of gorgeous sandals from The Métiers d'art collection. This is my second time visiting this Chanel location. On my first visit, I purchased a pair of CC pearl earrings. The SA was extremely pleasant to work with. He showed me a matching pearl necklace to compliment my earrings - I didn't purchase the necklace but it was nice to have options. While waiting for my shoes to come out today, the SA brought me a can of Perrier sparkling water. In San Francisco, they use the bottles, which I think are a little better than the can. He asked if I wanted to have the shoes shipped home. While this was a great recommendation there was a caveat that I would be charged California tax, instead of Nevada tax. It was minimal but still. Anyway, who doesn't want to go home with their bag full of Chanel goodies! I said thanks but declined. One big difference I did notice about my visit here is the length of time I spent in the boutique. When I shop at the location in San Francisco, I easily spend 30-45 minutes in the store. Here, I was in and out in about 20-25. I like that the SF boutique takes my item and packages it while I sit and drink my water or continue to shop around. This really gives me the opportunity to potentially purchase more, which I have done in the past. Great experience in this boutique once again. I look forward to my next visit. read more

The security, sales and management team are all so very friendly! I went into the store with my husband, to buy a bag, when I entered the store the saleswoman looked at me from bottom to top with a disgusting face, I just felt so bad, (I don't know her name but she was short with Chanel hair and oriental descent) and normally he doesn't even notice and he did, I took his hand and left the store, I have money to buy as many Chanel as I want, but I'm a simple person, I don't need to print everything I wear with a brand. For anyone who wants to buy something from Chanel, I recommend the Aspen store, which is to be congratulated, the people are extremely polite and "happy", I will go back there to buy. Whyn's Chanel wishes that managers would be more concerned with how their salespeople behave when a customer enters the store, after all, a luxury store has to have a service to match, luxury service begins with the experience that the store generates as soon as any customer walks through the door. "It's the most wonderful time of the year...." For Christmas 2015, I wanted a Chanel handbag. To be specific, a medium black classic flap bag with GHW. Boyfriend wasn't too keen on this idea at first after when he found out how much these bags go for. But he finally gave in....anything to make his baby happy, right!!?? ;) So honeybabe and I went to this Chanel at The Wynn after being snubbed and ignored at the Chanel at the Bellagio a month ago. Every SA looked friendly and offered us beverages. A very nice gentleman by the name J.P who's been with the company for 20 years assisted us. He was very knowledgeable about the brand and my handbag. Great customer service...he was patient when I kept on going back and forth from caviar versus lambskin. (In the end, I decided with the lambskin. Yes....I know the material is delicate as hell and I would have to baby the sh*t out of it....but in the end, if we are going to be dropping top dollars for a luxury item, I would want the best of the best.) I called a week prior to make sure they have my handbag in stock with it being the holiday season and all. JP was nice enough to hold a few for me to look at. When I went to the store, they just got shipment in and my handbags were fresh out of the box! Glad I had a few to choose from though because one had a few scratches inside the purse. So word of advice: CHECK AND INSPECT YOUR HANDBAG THROUGHLY. Go TSA on your bag if you have to. You don't want to go home and later find out there's some dents or scratches after dropping $$$$$. I don't know what's more fun: selecting the handbag or watching JP package my Christmas present. I was in awe. The way he had specific steps to put the tissue paper in....angle it like this, fold it like that. He added the Chanel ribbon and her signature Camellia (silver holiday edition instead of the usual white ones) to my gift box AND outside the bag. I'm telling you....the packaging is just GOREGOUS!!! I had the biggest smile walking out of this store!! =) There are only 3 Chanel stores located in this city: Bellagio, Encore and here at The Wynn. And I believe this one is the biggest of them all. This is a super nice store in the Wynn. Nice bags, nice decor and nice staff. I've bought several bags here over the years and have always had good service. They let you (and your girl) look at all the bags without complaint. Compare all the bags to each other. Model the bags in the mirror. You name it all without any "hurry up and buy something" attitude that you encounter some places. Dawn was our last sales person as we made her show us about 40 different bags (many from the back) before buying a wallet and clutch combination. I like that they keep their classic styles but also pair it with some new colors and new styles every season. read more

And we did wait, but we were greeted enthusiastically by Chris, a very well put together Polish gentleman. I came in for a very specific pair of earrings and we purchased the last one they had in stock. I tried 2 different styles and my boyfriend wanted to buy them both. Even tho I only came for one. I said no and he could get the other ones for me next time as a surprise. They also were not as rare so I didn't need them immediately. Chris didn't make me feel guilty for declining the second pair. He also humored us by looking up how many pairs of this style were available in the country. There were only 3! The sales woman at the Bellagio didn't even bother to assist us to let us know there was 1 pair a mile away at the Wynn! During my last trip to Vegas a couple of weeks ago, I was determined to succeed in my mission to buy my mom a new handbag (helloooo lower sales tax!) for her birthday. I knew she wanted either a Louis Vuitton Alma BB or a blue Chanel Boy bag. I was completely ignored by the staff and had to go up to one for help. The SA who helped me was black (I don't recall her name), and she wasn't very friendly until I told her I was looking to buy a gift. The entire time she helped me, I could feel her judging me for whatever reason. It wasn't the most comfortable buying experience and I'm actually quite glad I didn't purchase from her in the end.
