Starting with the booking of the appointment, it's not only quick and easy but I'm reminded via text message a couple of times before the visit to make sure I don't miss it. The place itself is modern, with cutting technology and as spotless as a dental office should be. In general, going to the dentist can be stressful, it's certainly something I'm personally not looking to it but Relax and Smile's folks get the best out of me every single time I'm there. I have got several procedures done at this place, that includes multiple cleanings (at least 4 so far) and Invisalign and I can't complain at all. I received multiple unwanted calls to confirm the same appointment. I visited this office 7 times within a six month period, so I interacted with them extensively. Asking for a bill breakdown I was meet with resistance and attitude. Then to find out that my in insurance was charged for an evaluation I was not made aware of after I paid cash for my cleaning and was giving a receipt to that effect is very disturbing and disappointing. While I understand that crowns can occasionally become dislodged, I was very discouraged to learn that I would be charged $225 for recementing the crown. It is my understanding that when a permanent crown fails within such a short time frame, it is common practice for the original provider to recement it at no additional charge, provided the failure was not due to patient negligence such as chewing hard objects or grinding teeth. Many dentists offer warranties on crowns, sometimes extending coverage up-to five years to account for possible issues with fit, preparation, or material integrity and especially considering we pay exorbitant rates for the procedures. The office staff was kind and welcoming, and I would like to commend the hygienist who temporarily recemented the crown for her gentle and professional care. However, the crown fell off again within 24 hours whilst brushing and its stored on my night stand as i type this, which only highlights my concern about the durability of the original placement. I believe it is only fair that a crown placed less than two years ago should be recemented without an additional fee, unless clear evidence of patient negligence exists. Maybe the office can reconsider the policy or fee for future patients and provide a resolution that reflects a commitment to quality care and patient trust, as for me I believe it's time to find a new dentist in Miami who cares a little more than Ultra Smile Dentistry.

Despite this being well within the standard warranty period, the clinic refused to correct it free of charge and insisted on billing my insurance instead, which forces me to use my deductible. I requested a written statement explaining their decision, but they did not provide one. Previously, the office recommended several other fillings. After getting second opinions from other dentists, I now question whether those were really necessary, especially since the clinic routinely told me I had "new cavities" after every cleaning. I originally went there because other clinics push deep cleaning instead of regular cleaning covered by insurance, but it has become clear that they may be misleading patients in other ways. Overall, my experience has been very disappointing, and I cannot recommend this clinic. I advise caution if you are considering treatment here.
