I went in for a cleaning, they didn't even explain that they performed additional scans and the cost and billed my insurance $300. I only discovered this when I returned to fill a cavity where they again did an X-ray told me I needed my wisdom teeth removed they didn't fill in my cavity and I'm sure they will bill my insurance again for a ridiculous amount. The procedure to remove my wisdom teeth was quoted to be $3000 which is absolutely insane. Very disappointed and wish I would have chosen another dental practice who valued helping patients vs extorting them. read more

My dad went because the dentist performed a filling that started hurting even more just after a month. The dentist was just supposed to check the filling. The dentist started working on my dad and had the anesthesia go away cause he was performing on two people at a time! My dad had to get anesthesia over two times cause the dentist was distracted. My dad was in pain for days cause the dentist worked on the tooth even after the anesthesia went away. Also, when the dentist finished, my dad in pain , my dad found out they scheduled him an appointment for a crown .. meaning the dentist performed a root canal without even saying ! My dad was not informed of what they performed and HES STILL IN PAIN :(( Not good work and they charged the insurance so much money. The tooth still hurts and my dad was in shock that they worked on him when anesthesia went away , they didn't tell him they were doing a root canal on him.. terrible :( read more

She was nice and gave an approximate price range for deep cleaning if needed is $500-$800. First consultation with xrays $150, I think Regular cleaning is $100 And a cerec crown which only requires one visit is around $1300 If you go by there and are uninsured you can buy their plan which costs $349 and covers 2 cleanings in a year and I think she said up to 20% off work done but don't quote me on that. I have severe anxiety about dental work. For 4 years I had an undiagnosed abcessed tooth. Dr. Rodríguez has a state of the art dental practice and did a cat scan of my head in the office. This was back in 2012, I have been going to him ever since. He can remove a crown, make you a new one while you wait and put the new one on immediately. That alone is worth going to him imo. Unlike most, I actually enjoy going to the dentist. Having invisalign requires me to go to the office every couple of weeks, and Dr. Rodriguez and his staff always make my visits enjoyable. The office is spacious and comfortable. You don't get the holy sh*t i'm going to the dentist kill me now vibe. The staff is friendly and efficient and most importantly on time. I never wait longer than 5 minutes for the Dr. which is very important with my crazy schedule. Even though the office is not close to the house, it's definitely worth the drive. I had the BEST experience at Apple Dental! I'm from California and was just about to head on a cruise ship when my crown fell out. I panicked and quickly started to look for dentists. I'm so thankful that I found Apple Dental! One of the few offices that opened at 8am. The staff was super supportive, kind, and helpful. They checked my insurance to see what my charges would be (because they were out of my network). They took a look at my tooth to see what options I would have (do nothing, a temporary, or a full crown). I chose a temporary and they worked on me right away and did a wonderful job. I was so impressed by all the latest technology. I was in no pain, I wasn't numb for hours afterwards, and I had no issues with my temporary at all. I honestly wish I could go back there for all of my appointments! I just want to say thank you so much to Vivianne De La Camara and the staff. I so much agree with Nicolas G. Apple Dental Group is expensive as sh*t... They only think about payment and selectively choose if they will accept your insurance, even if is PPO. My sister has the same insurance as me and they accepted her insurance after she agreed to apply for the Care Credit financing program they offer. But when I refused to apply, it was "Oh, no we don't accept your insurance. Will it be debit or credit?".. I truly have begun to hate Apple Dental Group. They are absolutely 150% over priced. Having recently moved to Miami and was in need of a new Dentist, I did some research and settled on Apple Dental; one of the best decisions I've made! All the Dental Associates that work there (from the Office Staff, Hygienist and Dental Assistants) are very professional, caring and accommodating. I recently had a procedure to remove 4 wisdom teeth and was not looking forward to the surgery however, Dr. Rodriguez is an amazing and one of the best Dentist I've ever been to. He made me feel very comfortable and relaxed for the procedure; I didn't feel any discomfort during the operation and the "post" surgery swelling and pain was so minimal.Dr. Rodriguez even called me at home to see how I was healing; that's what you call "personal touch!" Follow up to my May 2013 review. I was provided a quote of $2,000 for traditional orthodonic treatment from Apple Dental for my 9 year old son. Found a wonderful Miami Springs orthodonist who charged $900 for the same treatment. I'm happy to report my son's teeth look great and he now has an extra $1,100 for his college fund. read more

Having no insurance, Apple dental is quite pricy, but may be in-line with others, I don't know. I need $2200 worth on onlays and it'll be a few years! My husband and I were in Miami to head off on our honeymoon cruise last week. He had recently had some dental work done and was having a lot of pain, we weren't sure if it was normal or if something more was going on. We found Apple Dental Group, called and were told to come right in that they would see him. We got there and everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful! Their dentist (I'm sorry that I never caught his name) was so helpful, saw my husband right away, said everything looked just fine and to go enjoy ourselves and then refused to take anything for payment.
