I knew I had 2 small cavities, and felt an impact from one wisdom tooth on my bottom left side. So I naively, went by myself to Dental Boost. 15 minutes later, I walk out with an $8,000.00 bill. Their staff insisted the best option would be to get a credit card through them from "Care Credit". They said I had 12 cavities, needed 4 wisdom teeth removed for "precautionary purposes" since one was bothering me, and should get Invisalign for the ONE tooth I had that was slightly slanted to the right. (Mind you, my entire life people would compliment me on how straight my teeth were.) Oh and they charged me for both bottom and top row teeth Invisalign. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!! I was naïve and thought Dr.Gabaldon was a sweet lady and that all the staff was honest and kind, little did I know they were taking advantage of me because I was 19 and I didn't have any parent or guardian with me, to call them on their bullshit. Towards the end of all the so-called treatments, the staff tried to trick me into paying an additional $2,000 that I had already paid and until I got extremely angry and had my mother speak with them, they said "Oh no, youre right! you did pay it, our mistake". Fast forward, I am 26 now, and 2 of the fillings they did came out, exposing the nerves. I go to visit another dentist, and the dentist tells me 1. I don't have fillings in any teeth except 2 molars, and it was done so poorly, that I will now need 2 root canals, and crowns for those teeth, as well as medication for an infection that the poorly done filling has caused me. This is another whopping $4,000. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TEETH, DO NOT EVER GO TO DR.GRABALDON!!!! THEY ARE THIEVES AND WILL CONTINUOUSLY ABUSE YOU.GO TO A DIFFERENT HONORABLE AND HONEST DENTIST.

At my first visit they required a scan and then told me I needed a deep cleaning before the dentist would do anything else. I expected a regular cleaning, but I felt pressured into paying for an expensive deep cleaning that cost $665. After that, I explained that I wanted bonding for my two front teeth. The dentist told me bonding would not last and recommended veneers instead. The front desk explained the process and price and told me the veneers would be porcelain and that they would match the color to my teeth. Because I do not have insurance, they offered me a discount to $450 per tooth for the two front teeth. Communication throughout the process was very poor. It took a long time for them to call me back to schedule the next step, and when I finally returned for the procedure there seemed to be confusion between the dentist and the front desk about what treatment had actually been discussed and agreed on. While I was there, the office manager reassured me about the quality and guarantee of the veneers. However, when the dentist came in to begin, he suddenly said that I had only paid for resin and not porcelain veneers. He left the room to speak with the front desk, and one of the staff members returned to apologize and say it had been a mistake. Despite the mistake being on their side, no one offered a solution, a correction, or any effort to honor what had been explained to me previously. The lack of communication within the office and the way the situation was handled felt very unprofessional. I chose to leave. They canceled the original transaction and instead charged me only for the cleaning. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, pressured, and poorly communicated. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering treatment here ask for everything in writing and make sure all details are clearly confirmed before agreeing to any procedure.

I had 2 wisdom teeth removed and from the first time I met her she was extremely rude without so much as a hello or a smile and always in a hurry. Since it was a very routine and simple extraction and I figured I only had to see her twice (once to remove and once for a followup) I decided it didn't matter that she was rude and impersonal and went forward with the surgery. BIG MISTAKE. I opted to stay awake for surgery and she was so rough and brutal throughout the entire procedure. She was in such a rush she did not wait the appropriate amount of time between injecting me with the anesthesia and starting the surgery so it did not have time to set in. I would yelp in pain as there were areas that were not numb and she ignored me the entire time and proceeded as if nothing. It was a terrible experience and I left traumatized. I was excessively swollen because of how rough she was. Once swelling went down I noticed a pea sized ball on my cheek which I brought up in my post op check up and she quickly dismissed me without a second thought. She barely glanced at me and quickly sent me on my way. Another week goes by and the pea sized ball has turned into a marble sized ball and co-workers are starting to ask me what happened to my cheek. I make another appointment and she begrudgingly takes x-rays after I insist and barely glances at them before she says my body is just taking more time to heal and basically makes me out to be a hypochondriac. Another few weeks go by and we are now a month and a half post surgery and I still have a ball on my cheek. At this point I demand to see another doctor after office tries to give me run around. I see another doctor who looks at the same x-rays and immediately notices a piece of my tooth was left inside my gums! He is in shock as he says it is very obvious in the x-ray and he does not understand how she could have missed it. It is now badly infected and I need emergency surgery! Thanks to the incompetence and negligence of "Dr." Saenz I had to get a second wisdom tooth surgery!! What a difference with a doctor that actually knows what they are doing and cares about patients comfort. He was so gentle and constantly asking me if I felt pain and adjusted accordingly. It was a completely different experience and not scary at all. I hardly had any swelling after. There is no excuse for the care or lack of care I received from this doctor. Leaving a piece of tooth in a patient and then not catching it in 2 follow up visits where the patient is complaining and telling you there is something wrong is inexcusable! Her license should have been revoked years ago. Please heed this warning and steer clear of her!
