I had a crown made by them that took several attempts to get it fitted and for the color to match, each time was a waste of time and painful experience, after months of this ordeal the crown finally fitted correctly only to fall 6 months later . I went back and the dentist cemented the crown back . Fast forward 6 months from this event and the crown fell again I went to a different dentist and it turns out the crown is broken and this is why it keeps falling . The staff are extremely friendly and professional, and the office is very clean and modern. The shopping center can be packed but there is convenient rooftop parking. I came to their office as an emergency appointment because my fixed retainer broke on the bottom and the loose wire was driving me crazy! The staff was able to squeeze me in to see Dr. Diana and she took the time to explain the process to me and what the next steps would be. She was very sweet and went above and beyond when it came down to fitting me with a new retainer when I still had deep cleaning to do (as the cleanings could potentially affect how the retainer would fit on my teeth). The new retainer was done within two days, which was a huge relief as I was concerned about my teeth shifting again. I never waited longer than a few minutes in the waiting room during the multiple visits I had, and the staff was great in getting everything through my insurance. I'm having a lot of pain in my mouth so I was diagnosed with having a hard bite during sleeping that I need to get myself a set of night guards, so I go ahead & buy a set & the pain does not go away. So at this point I lost complete trust for this company I went ahead & found another dentist that was recommended to me & I go in for a cleaning & i tell him that I have an extreme amount of pain in my mouth especially while eating first things first they do x-rays & then check my mouth & they found the $100 crowns that was use on me & charged a couple thousand dollars to put on & put incorrectly & that's not even the worse case I was never told that i had multiple cavities & told after all of this was done im ready to get the Invisalign procedure done. I call & speak to a manager & was told that there's nothing that can be done that they would have to speak to the doctor that did the treatment & see if he would make the refund I asked for.
