The family business carries all types of things, from beauty products to medications. They have some of the most luxurious products you wouldn't expect to find. I was able to buy a couple of European products I was on the lookout for that I knew I would have to go to four or five different places to find. The owners were super sweet. Prices can be steep, but you should double check whether it is one of those luxury products, as that would explain the higher price. read more

I was calling them just to ask and they hang up on me 4 times. Horrible customer service.

Most horrible uncaring pharmacy staff I have ever dealt with. I went to pick up my medication and they claimed my insurance denied it because I did not pay my premium. I asked them several times to call the insurance and clear the misunderstanding. They flat out out refused . One of the pharmacist had the nerve to tell me that she did not work for my insurance and that I had to call them myself. Well, CVS staff does not work for my insurance and they will call and clarify when there is something wrong with my insurance. I called my insurance and cleared the situation and I called to say I was coming. I also told them they should have called and not make me go through all this (I am a senior citizen with mobility problems). The guy on the phone nonchalant offered to transfer the medication to another pharmacy. Wait what? No "I am sorry madam for your inconvenience"? Insane. Super poor customer service. read more

I went in looking for something in particular doubting that they would have it because it has been discontinued, I went up to the perfume counter and Juana asked me if she could help me. I told her what I was looking for and she said no unfortunately they do not have that but if I would like she would try to hunt it down for me. I would've went for her offer had I not needed that particular perfume today. She was very helpful in letting me know that it was a very hard-to-find item and tried to give me some ideas on where to get started. She also told me to call around to different places before I wasted a lot of time driving around Miami looking. Even though I didn't buy anything at Key pharmacy I will say that they have an amazing staff. Very helpful indeed, even on my way out I was greeted by another staff member who asked me if I found what I needed. It is good to know that there is still companies that care about their clients. I love Key Pharmacy, the eccentric and kind employees make it feel like home. Never fear asking someone the most random question about something you have found or may need, because I have been provided answers and solutions to just about everything here. The aisles are lined with vitamins and every over the counter remedy you could need on one side. The other is flanked with perfumes and an abundance of makeup and bodycare items that would put any chain drugstore to shame. Things can run on the pricey side when you venture over into the beauty products section, but don't worry, it's all quality. I love that they actually carry Lippman Collection nail polish... truly the best. As far as the actual pharmacy they are super punctual with prescriptions and actually offer delivery! I encourage you to stop in and give this place a try, it may look small on the outside but somehow it has more than everything you need. read more
