I reached out to Sam, and he first tried to help me over the phone. When that did not solve the problem, I scheduled an in-home visit. He came by the very next day at a time that worked for me and spent about three hours working on my gaming laptop. He found that the hard drive had failed and replaced it with a new one. I felt the price was very fair, especially since there were no markups on the part. Sam was friendly, helpful, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. Fantastic service!…read more I have an old Surface Pro 7 that I was going to give to my parents so they could have a laptop, and I haven't touched it in years so it was no surprise to see an error screen upon turning it on. The computer turned on, but couldn't go past the blue screen asking for the recovery key or it showed an ongoing system update that never ended. My husband and I tried everything we could on the internet and decided to go to Andrew for assistance. Andrew did exactly what I asked for, wiped everything off the computer and installed Windows 10 so that the laptop was functional again. It was done in one day, and he charged me for far less than what I expected. The process was super quick, and I would absolutely go back to him again.
