Had him come out to my place of business to check out my 21 year old 4 Runner which was making a grinding noise in the steering wheel as well as check out what was once a kick ass AC system, which was no longer cooling the car. Original review: I can't comment on the mechanical ability because it never got that far, nor will it get that far. Last year, I called to inquire about their services & the guy hung up on me - twice. And it wasn't the "hey my phone is having issues" kind of hang up, it was intentional. I guess he has enough work. Had an oil pressure sensor code. Called this guy on a Thursday and he said he would come the following day at noon. I called off of work so I could get this situation handled. The following morning I had an early appointment and went to it. On the way back he texted to see if he could get in earlier than noon. No hesitation or signs he couldn't or wouldn't do the job. I said I was on my way back and could meet him at noon. Then I waited until after 1 when he finally showed up. Popped the hood, then out of the blue he said he can't work on my vehicle because the bolts would be too hot and could possibly strip. That was never discussed when making the appointment. Not once was I informed not to drive my vehicle for an entire day before it could be worked on. He said he would follow up with the soonest time he could get it. Didn't hear back from him. I reached out and asked when he could come back and it appears as though I've been ghosted. So I lost quite a bit of money taking off work for this, didn't get anything fixed and wasted all kinds of time. Feels very shady and unprofessional to me.
