The shoes are fantastic! comfortable looking, the displays are updated each season. It has a high-end European vibe when you walk in; the scent is mesmerizing. Service was very accommodating. As soon as you walked in, they greeted you and asked if they could assist. Know in advance not to touch the merchandise - ask for their assistance. You know very well that's not the case. It wouldn't make sense to have a store that sells bags and shoes where customers aren't allowed to pick them up or try them on. You also know that nothing was damaged at any point. It's disappointing that, instead of simply saying something like "I'm sorry you felt that way," or offering any kind of apology, you chose to take a defensive attitude and continue being aggressive. In any case, don't worry -- I have no intention of ever returning to a place where customers are treated that way. Your table and display stand were never damaged, and honestly, given the unfriendly attitude you showed, I truly don't believe you would have hesitated to point it out and charge me if anything had actually happened. I'm not playing the victim -- I'm simply a dissatisfied customer sharing her experience, as this platform is intended for. I will say: your store is beautiful, and your products are truly lovely, but unfortunately, your attitude leaves a lot to be desired. Believe me, if you had maintained the same warm attitude you showed when we first arrived, none of this would have happened. It's truly unprofessional of you to resort to lies just to make others believe that I'm the one being dishonest. And finally, I won't be replying again, because this would just turn into a game of your word against mine -- and there's no point in that. Since I have no intention of ever returning to your store, I also have no reason to come back and read your responses. I sincerely wish you the best, and I hope this experience serves as a lesson on how to treat your customers -- even in the smallest of incidents.

I let the lady working know that I was there to pick up an online order for two t-shirts that I ordered online--one was a Tribe Called Quest tee, and the other one was Motley Crue. She found my order, pulled it, and also gave me a 25% off coupon for any in-store purchase. The transaction was done in probably less than five minutes since I had a concert to go to the same night. I'd definitely send my merch to this store again to pick up any online orders since couriers outside of USPS are horrible with delivering orders where I live (gated community). The shirts are pretty good quality as I've purchased from here before. Give them a shot. Their service and acknowledgement is leagues better than Pac Sun in the same mall.

Whenever I come in, she greets me and she even taught me how to use the singing bowl (which is harder than it looks (; )! She also almost always has incense burning, which makes you feel so relaxed. Everything in the store is high quality and (in my opinion) fairly priced. The dresses are so beautiful! Not to mention how fantastic the jewelry is!
