Tamas determined that Optimum and Verizon technicians incorrectly installed patches that were short term fixes and left behind "the other guy's" cables and connectors that were not connected. In fact, the Verizon Extender was not transmitting a signal and was merely a fixture on the mantle below the tv. This time he came with another guy did some work for an hour or so and then told me that he had to leave cause his crew was busy at another place and will not be able to come until the next day. The next day (4th appointment), he tells me that his staff did not have the keys to the room with equipment. Seems more like a guy who is hustling between jobs. Tries to get you to hire him by giving a lucrative price but it is not worth it. Might seem cheap but you get what you pay for. Serious advice, DO NOT HIRE HIM, he will keep you hanging dry.
