We have taken rugs to Triple S in Norwalk for cleaning the past few years and always been very happy with their services and prices. Now we can say the same for in home cleaning. Rafael and Gerry impressed us with their knowledge, expertise, pride and work ethic. Absolutely first rate. Stains in our stone bathroom floors and sevaral furniture stains have disappeared. They were both exceptionally diligent and meticulous in how they handled the furniture. We can not rave enought about this team. Prices for a day and half of major work were quite reasonable compared to two other services we had priced out. Our thanks and great respect to Kevin, Rafael and Gerry. Bravo. Great service Triple S.

The 2nd one just need a good cleaning to remove a few spots. Man at desk looked at them and gave me the price for cleaning and mentioned if it became higher (probably due to ink) he would call and let me know, which was very fair. Decided to pay in advance in case someone else was picking them up for me. 2 working days later, call came to say they were ready and no additional charge. Picked them up. They looked great. No sign of ink. Back on sofa with cat. Great job. Wonderful helpful man at desk. Will certainly go back if I ever need to.

Their friendly, capable crew picked up and returned the hand-cleaned carpets and actually helped us get them in place with new pads, assisting with moving some heavy furniture. In one case they performed a miracle because that old rug had been in a basement. It was heavily soiled and it came back looking nice enough that we placed it in the primary bedroom. Kaoud's work was outstanding. Do not be surprised that it takes some time. Your rugs are literally hand washed and air dried, so in our case it took four weeks from pick up to reinstallation. I can't say enough good things about Tim. I used him for my very expensive antique rug years ago,…read moreand after my beloved frenchie, Lulu, passed, I decided to get all the ruggables cleaned. She was the best girl and never had ONE accident. Carpets never smelled nor looked stained - everyone told me it was a waste of money because my house was always so clean and ruggables are inexpensive. Still, I remembered how kind Tim was and thought - it couldn't hurt. While the before / after pictures of the rugs look about the same ... the black water does not lie. That's from my rugs! I could hear the guys in my bathroom shouting in disbelief - they were shocked when it poured out that color because the rugs didn't look dirty in the first place. It just shows you WHY you really should get rugs professionally cleaned. (FYI No harmful chemicals were used nor poured in toilet.) Beyond the excellent service - Tim remembered my girl Lulu - and even stories about my late husband. I was beyond touched. I had only met him once, and he's had hundreds of customers since that time, yet it was like he had just stopped by last week. He and his helper both took the time to not only do a fabulous job, but also connect on a personal level. As sad as I was, I felt better when they left. Absolutely recommend 10000%
