This is the best laundry company. The prices in my moms building are reasonable and the machines rarely have issues, unlike the terrible machines in my building from Hercules which do not maintain machines, over charge and give poor customer service. Aces machines are well maintained and the clothes come out clean. Even the smaller machines are spacious and can fit a good number of items. I love that there's an app connected to the machines to refill card and see when machines are finishing or how many machines are available. I wish my building had this company instead of Hercules In many years of using this machine I had one issue. I shared it and customer service was excellent. read more

The bane of my existence. This is what I have to clean out of the gaskets every single time I do my laundry. Feels like Russian roulette every time I wash my clothes - sometimes they're fine, sometimes everything gets brown stains and mildew smells I can't get out and permanently ruin my clothes. Guy on the phone just blames the building tenants and says there's nothing he can do. The machines are clearly garbage and neither these guys nor my landlords want to spend the money to replace them. read more

I am very pleased with their washers and dryers, but more importantly they have excellent support and customer service.. They actually answer their phone calls with a human voice..If a machine is not working properly, it is fixed quickly. Stanley Marx, their manager, helped solve my lost laundry card problem today, a Sunday. even though he was out of the office.Great customer service is hard to find these days. I do not have the words to tell you what this company is - let me just say in the 4 1/2 years I dealt with them living in a building which serviced their machines, it was the most pleasurable, pleasant, lovely and wonderful experience I have ever had dealing with any company anywhere. First, they are 100% IMMEDIATELY responsive - they CARE. They jump to answer your email, address your concern or issue, answer your question, and rectify the situation always FAIRLY, DECENTLY and always in YOUR FAVOR immediately. Beyond that, they are respectful, courteous, friendly, interested, caring and HUMAN in their interaction with you. They seem to employ people that are engaged in their jobs, care about what they're doing and care about the customers they service. Secondly, they are gracious and immediate in their refunds and returns. If there is any issue with your ACES card, the charge or debit card, they immediately are willing to look into the matter and refund, even if there is a gray area as to what actually happened. But if for any reason you feel uncomfortable that the machine overcharged or took more money out of card when machine was not used, they immediately refund to your favor - no hassles, no nastiness, no abuse, no nothing but kind, pleasant, respectful, immediate, efficient service. There was even a time when I was in a limited situation and they literally advanced some credit on the ACES card until the following week. Just so gracious, understanding and human. The management, the owners and the employees seem to be from another time in business where people interact like real live human beings, with emotions, minds, souls and feelings. They treat you like a human being, they respond quickly, efficiently and effectively and they always strive with 100% of their effort to rectify the situation, whatever it might be and HELP you, all the while maintaining a respectful, courteous, friendly and pleasant manner. I have lived in a number of buildings with laundry services and for the most part they've been pretty unpleasant experiences. So moving into my current apartment I was skeptical. Aces however, was super convenient and easy to use. The machines are kept up, and when there is a problem they fix it right away. I mean right away. When I had a machine problem one night, I think it was 10pm, they called me immediately, told me what to do, and fixed it first thing the next morning. Also, they refunded the problem loads and gave me credits for a more than a few washes. Super helpful and convenient. Great laundry service. Highly recommend. read more
