Later he would muddy our ability to move forward by providing false information to our building manager, claiming the units you were paid to remediate from mold were "slated for removal" This was never said to anyone at First Service Residential, and the units indeed are still sitting in the apartment, and based on the written statement from Anthony at Duct Dusters, the third party HVAC specialists you hired, they were unable to fully clean the units, thus they remain both unusable since you disassembled them, and unsafe. Following, your CFO made ridiculous requests while your PM hadn't even done what she claimed he had, you took my money and quit without notice when I initiated contact, you didn't complete the remediation as stipulated by the inspector at RTK environmental... and everything else I wrote is a fact, aside from my own opinion of how Anthony Villiani manipulated me, but I assure you I have serious reason to place this accusation and I am more than happy to continue to prove it, as I did in my email to all three of you which has gone unanswered for months. So if you wish to reply to my claims, I suggest you do so in a manner that addresses them, preferably in private where a professional resolution can be made, rather than simply discrediting them on the basis of your reputation, which it appears, aside from your paychecks, is all you care about.

Their website was relatively easy to navigate; I entered my address which connected me with a local office, and I then entered the types of services I needed along with logistics relating to parking and location of my apartment within the building. I was then given a quote and chose which day I wanted my service; once selecting a day, I was able to choose either an AM block or a PM block for team arrival. I received text alerts leading up to my appointment time, and the morning of my service I got a text when the team was close as well as a link to track them. They arrived right at the beginning of my block which was awesome, and after a quick intro and debrief they got to work. I chose to have my couch, chair, and ottoman cleaned and deodorized; since I live on a higher floor of my building they brought in a portable cleaner. They worked fast but were also very thorough - I want to say they took 45 minutes at most. After some after-care instructions they cleaned up and were on their way. I think they did a great job - odor was definitely neutralized and overall my furniture looks refreshed. They were also very friendly which I really appreciated. Overall, I had a positive experience with Stanley Steemer and would definitely consider using them again should I need to.
