Mike made it painless, easy, and his employee Mervin was thorough, careful, and did an excellent job. I can't say enough good things about Mike Vitti and the entire staff at Service Master…read more After a substantial renovation project in my house, I called several places for estimates to clean my air ducts, which were visibly disgusting. Mike's estimator arrived promptly, put on his booties and got to work. The estimate was very fair, so I scheduled the job. The crew arrived on time and it was evident from the beginning, that they took great care to do the job efficiently AND carefully to avoid any damage in my home, especially while moving equipment around. As an aside, the crew also happened to be a really nice bunch of guys, with a great rapport and they make a homeowner feel at ease. The ducts are now spotless and my anxieties about the construction dust (with who knows what in it), are gone. I also have to say, I've never seen a business owner work harder to ensure my satisfaction than Mike. Throughout the job and afterwards, Mike was in contact with me to make sure everything went well. Sadly, that kind of concern is pretty much absent in lots of businesses. Not these guys. I was more than impressed with the them start-to-finish and cannot recommend Service Master Superior Cleaning enough.

Wonderful service and great people!…read more Last fall 2016 we took in all of our outside patio furniture cushions and umbrellas to be cleaned and stored over winter. When we picked it all up at spring everything was in bags and looked great! And they had everything accounted for, nothing got lost. This fall 2017 we got a post card reminder in the mail so we took all of our items back in again. Everyone was friendly and helpful just like before. Happy repeat customers! Highly recommended to anyone!

There are many excellent advantages to this business, but none is more thorough and skillful as the cleaners themselves. Sometimes I have needed two, but normally one comes to clean. They are well-trained to offer a high standard of every aspect of making a home look and feel immaculate. From dusting to disinfecting to polishing to vacuuming and mopping, they know what products to use to restore cleanliness and perfection. They get into those dusty corners, rearrange and organize items, and even make beds. They remove all garbage when done. They are also friendly and respectful of the delicate items in your home. I always offer snacks and water for them to have for a break if it is a long cleaning service. The manager and owner of J & O inspects your home before every cleaning and assesses what needs to be done and the fee. They are very reasonably priced for a cleaning service in Manhattan. They are a respected business and know how to approach their work professionally. I highly recommend J & O for any cleaning request. Three crew members (one women who appeared to have cleaning experience before and two men who appeared to be inexperienced) arrived and they spent 6-7 hours during which time they spent nearly 5 hours un-dusting, little vaccuming and mopping the basement. They worked at a very slow speed and were seen checking their phones while resting or trying to dust. One of them was wearing his pants very low which was riding on his thigh, certainly not a professional attire. They were using wet heavy cotton mops dripping in water which maybe be passable for the vinyl planks in the lower level but they did the same to clean my hardwood floors on the main floor. They left puddles of water sitting on the hardwood floor everywhere and I had to ask them to dry them off. One of them just left a dirty rag sitting on top of my original oil painting and that was the last straw. They still hadn't finished cleaning my main floor bathroom or the kitchen; maybe finished only about half of upstairs but I asked them to leave. They worked furiously for the last 40 minutes or so until the owner came to pick them up. I paid $625 for this incomplete substandard cleaning service. I would not recommend.

We hired Ms. Cynthia for bi-weekly housecleaning. This was accomplished for about a year on…read moreschedule. A team of three usually accomplished the cleaning quickly, though not always to a high standard. Sometimes they inexplicably wouldn't vacuum any carpets, often left pet hair on furniture, used dirty cloths to wipe white sills leaving black smears, etc. Twice they broke delicate items of decor (only *once* notifying us because we were home and heard the crash). The second time they just tossed the broken item in the garbage. So they are a bit careless in their haste. Then they just stopped coming. Don't think we are difficult clients in any way- we quietly accepted any "oversights" as it was easier than cleaning ourselves given our work schedules. We never complained, always greeted them politely, always paid in cash. No incident precipitated the ghosting and no communication or notice was ever received. Just *poof*, never to be heard of. While confused and slightly surprised, I wasn't overly upset about the mysterious breakup. You could do worse, but you could do better for the money.

Long story short it gets dirty really fast. We have a worker from Muffetta's that comes in once a week from 1-3 pm, to clean our entire gym. She always shows up on time and does a great job. She keeps out of the way of all clients and is very quiet the entire time which makes her almost invisible to us. We only have to vacuum maybe twice during the week after she comes in, which is damn impressive. If you need a cleaning service in white plains that's affordable and does a great job, look no further than Muffetta's!!!!

I was promised a full refund by the owner that would take 3-5 days to promise. The refund never came. I proceeded to try to contact this company both through the company contact information and the owner from December 5th - February 9th. I finally received a text from the owner on the 9th that she was on bedrest and I would get my return when she was out of the hospital. (Important to note that she was actively filming videos out and about on social media during this time). I then tried to get in contact with her more. I finally heard from her again on May 1st. She told me that she just got off maternity leave and "was hoping to get some business closed by next week." It is now August and I am back to being ignored. I thought I was being kind by giving her time because I know life happens but she stole from me and I'm beyond disappointed. I would stay away. A lack of values and morals is a huge red flag for me in any business.
