Scheduling was flexible and accommodating, and Brian arrived exactly on time. His equipment was clean, organized, and well-contained throughout the job. He was also willing to add a few extra items for cleaning at a very reasonable adjustment to the original quote. The pricing was fair and competitive for everything we wanted cleaned, and the time spent on the job was exactly what we expected. Most importantly, Brian was extremely professional. One of our older window shades unfortunately disintegrated during the cleaning process due to its age. She was the best girl and never had ONE accident. Carpets never smelled nor looked stained - everyone told me it was a waste of money because my house was always so clean and ruggables are inexpensive. Still, I remembered how kind Tim was and thought - it couldn't hurt. While the before / after pictures of the rugs look about the same ... the black water does not lie. That's from my rugs! I could hear the guys in my bathroom shouting in disbelief - they were shocked when it poured out that color because the rugs didn't look dirty in the first place. It just shows you WHY you really should get rugs professionally cleaned. (FYI No harmful chemicals were used nor poured in toilet.) Beyond the excellent service - Tim remembered my girl Lulu - and even stories about my late husband. I was beyond touched. I had only met him once, and he's had hundreds of customers since that time, yet it was like he had just stopped by last week. They were ok at cleaning the carpet but left little foil papers under furniture which…read morediscolored my floors. When I used them to remove wall to wall carpeting, that was a big mistake. They left nails and staples in the floors, disconnected cable tv wiring and never reconnected it, moved cover on bedroom central air conditioning and pushed it back so I can't reach the controls and best of all put the mattress box spring on my bed upside down, so it's all at an angle and I had to have help setting it up straight. I would never call them again for anything. I paid them well and in cash of course as that's what they requested.

This company was amazing. The people were so nice and professional and my carpets look amazing. They had to take one area rug out to clean. I had an unexpected obligation pop up in the morning and called to reschedule the delivery. They said they were just finishing up nearby and could be right over and quickly arrived to put the carpet back down and all my furniture back just as it was. I was able to rush out the door to do what I had to do. It was so wonderful of them to accommodate me. I will always use them going forward.
