Isela, showed up on time, mask on, and with all my favorite cleaning supplies. After a walk through, I left, and she did her thang. When I returned, I apologized for the amount of dust and Isela replied, "it wasn't bad." My husband said, Not bad, it was horrible, what type of mess are people living in. We were happy with the service and requested to be put on her schedule for regular cleanings. For the first 15 minutes , we stared in the oven, it looked brand new and after that we enjoyed a glass of wine in our clean home. *fair pricing *reliable *excellent cleaning

This is my second cleaning with I shine Maid and cleaning services…read more This is also my second review In my opinion, this is!the best cleaning service that I've ever used . i live in Westchester county The professional team is reliable ,courteous and on time and use Eco friendly products. I have recommended them to all my friends and relatives and the 250 people that live in my condo development. They do an impeccable job and I give them a five star rating They first cleaned my house and it was beautiful and then next they cleaned my mom's house for a Broom cleaning before the actual closing on the home was to take place . My mom has passed away and had it had been a very emotional time for me . They were also very empathetic and gave me support.. I had to choose a cleaning company that I could rely on. I felt at ease once my mom's house was cleaned. They didn't even do a Broom clean job , The crew went away above the broom cleaning and it was I shining and beautiful as always This was an excellent , and impeccable job. I Highly recommend anybody who needs a residential cleaning to contact them ..and : "I shine will outshine " all the others now and in the future Happy Cleaning!! A happy Westchester resident

I had cked out the reviews prior to her coming and thought I would give this woman a try. BIG MISTAKE!! RUN do not allow this woman or her workers to clean your home. I use to clean homes professionally. This woman is not a professional house cleaner. I have aids in my home and they do light cleaning and dusting. I do not need someone to durst. I have asthma. I need the dust removed from the wall behind the dresser. She does not clean behind dressers. She told me that you wash kitchen cabnets from the top to the bottom. If you clean kitchen cabinets this way you will get streaks that will never come out. She told me my ins would only pay to have one room cleaned. The last Cleaning company that came to clean from my ins. company wa scheduled for a little over a week. She (Gloria) wanted only to wash the inside windows. I said look that window is on a door.. and there are a whole lot of windows that run up the wheelchair ramp. I should not tell you how to do ur job.
