Every items looks brand new! No need to shop around. Brian's professionalism, pricing, and quality of work speak for themselves. Communication was great from the start. Scheduling was flexible and accommodating, and Brian arrived exactly on time. His equipment was clean, organized, and well-contained throughout the job. He was also willing to add a few extra items for cleaning at a very reasonable adjustment to the original quote. The pricing was fair and competitive for everything we wanted cleaned, and the time spent on the job was exactly what we expected. Most importantly, Brian was extremely professional. One of our older window shades unfortunately disintegrated during the cleaning process due to its age. Brian was very apologetic, handled the situation professionally, and did not charge us for that item. We would highly recommend Brian to anyone looking for carpet, drapery, or upholstery cleaning services.

I can't say enough good things about Tim. I used him for my very expensive antique rug years ago,…read moreand after my beloved frenchie, Lulu, passed, I decided to get all the ruggables cleaned. She was the best girl and never had ONE accident. Carpets never smelled nor looked stained - everyone told me it was a waste of money because my house was always so clean and ruggables are inexpensive. Still, I remembered how kind Tim was and thought - it couldn't hurt. While the before / after pictures of the rugs look about the same ... the black water does not lie. That's from my rugs! I could hear the guys in my bathroom shouting in disbelief - they were shocked when it poured out that color because the rugs didn't look dirty in the first place. It just shows you WHY you really should get rugs professionally cleaned. (FYI No harmful chemicals were used nor poured in toilet.) Beyond the excellent service - Tim remembered my girl Lulu - and even stories about my late husband. I was beyond touched. I had only met him once, and he's had hundreds of customers since that time, yet it was like he had just stopped by last week. He and his helper both took the time to not only do a fabulous job, but also connect on a personal level. As sad as I was, I felt better when they left. Absolutely recommend 10000%

Drew single handedly cleaned my sectionals and cushions while being attentive to the details of the couches and my request. He took special care ensuring no further damage would be made to the surrounding areas including floors which he suctioned cleaned. Additionally, he was very open to my questions and explained the process in detail. He explained how dust and debris easily fly despite a couch being barely used and put multiple airway systems to prevent the room from smelling and accelerate the drying process. The job wasn't rushed and this can be seen through the results. I would highly recommend Drew's services to anyone looking to have their couches cleaned.
