DO cleaning did an EXCELLENT job cleaning my 2 bedroom condo. They did a basic cleaning of my 3 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. They also did a deep clean and steamed all of my area rugs, carpets and chairs. The team arrived on time, and prepared with clear instructions. They were so detailed, and left my house feeling fresh and clean. The price was reasonable compared to others in the area. Samuel was so responsive to all of my requests. Communication is excellent. He even came to ensure the job was going well. So thorough!! Highly recommend! Will use again in the future! Look no further for a house cleaning team!! read more

Excellent service! We needed an oversized wool rug cleaned and didn't want to roll it up and bring it to an off-site location. The rug was steam cleaned three times removing dog hair and dirt, the rug was spotless when DO Cleaning left. Professional, fair fee, flexible, and great communication. Highly recommend! read more

These people walked through my home and suggested that I should pay them $2500 a week to clean my house. When I told them that their bid was not competitive, they ranted at me and insulted me. Just because a business is invited to bid a job, that does not give them license to personally insult potential clients. Being rude does not get you a job, hard work , perseverance and knowledge of your industries' prices in the area does. read more

See my review dated 12-8-23. Sam and Maibe are lovely people, hard working, responsible, and did great work. They brought everything needed with them, including a machine to clean the carpet - see the entire review for details AND photos. read more

Did an outstanding job for a move-in clean for our house. House was left dirty after previous owner plus we had some painting done prior to cleaning and you wouldn't be able to tell - they did a great job. read more

We had such a great experience with DO Cleaning. We needed a Move In/Out cleaning for a small studio apartment. After requesting a quote, I received a quick reply and quote. Every interaction was pleasant with great customer service. The ladies arrived on time with all the cleaning supplies and did a wonderful job. The price was reasonable with many payment options. We would highly recommend them and will gladly use them again for future cleaning services. read more

I was very pleased with this service! The cleaners showed up promptly, followed instructions and found my apartment without needing assistance. I live in a big building, so I give people detailed instructions on how to find my apartment, most people ignore them and get lost. So I was already impressed when they showed up right on time at the right place. The cleaning itself was great, very nice attention to detail, cleaning things that I haven't cleaned in a while myself. I have a big shag area rug and a vacuum that is nearly impossible to push on it.... Yet they used the vacuum without complaint! I would highly recommend! read more

I hired them to do a pre-move out clean. They did a fantastic job, and were very communicative, friendly, and easy to work with. Would absolutely work with them again! read more

Great communication and correspondence prior to the cleaning and they asked if everything was acceptable before the cleaning was complete. There was one cleaner who was very thorough and had a lovely demeanor. We were working from home and she asked if it was a good time to turn on the vacuum a few times which I appreciated. Good work + a good attitude goes a long way these days! We will use DO Cleaning again read more

We were not present and requested a move in clean after some renovations on our new house. I specifically requested drawers, cabinets etc. they did clean the fridge and oven but unfortunately the drawers and cabinets were left untouched. There were crumbs and old food from the previous owners still everywhere - everything was documented with photos. We had to hire a different company to come and clean those as unfortunately we couldn't trust this company to do it right and we didn't have time to waste. We were quoted $360-$390 for our house plus $150 for extras like fridge oven cabinets drawers. We were then sent an invoice for $570 which didn't add up - I questioned it and they then added on a charge for a microwave of $35 (which was not requested to be cleaned or actually cleaned as it was disposed of). Then they tried to add on $40 to clean drawers and discount the $40 because the drawers weren't cleaned (dishonest business tactic as seen in photo attached that cleaning was included) I had to go back and forth with them for various extra charges that they added and for things they didn't clean - overall four different invoices were sent all with varying prices over the course of a week and half. Between the incomplete cleaning, and the sneaky billing charges I would highly recommend finding a different trustworthy cleaning company. read more

DO Cleaning - Quote that they have since tried to up-charge - Office Cleaning Near Me

I am moving into a new apartment and wanted to have it professionally cleaned before I started really moving in. I've never had professional cleaners before so I asked for quotes from a few different companies. DO Cleaning responded right away and were so kind and easy to communicate with. We went over what I wanted and they exceeded expectations! I ran into some horrible traffic driving there and they were so kind and willing to work with me on that. I also love that it is a family owned/operated business as I try to support small business owners whenever I can. I will absolutely be a repeat customer! Thank you so much for everything. read more

Today I had first home cleaning appointment with Diana & Oscar and I couldn't be more satisfied. They worked silently for about 2.5 hours leaving everything clean as we had discussed and agreed on beforehand. When I found couple of minor things during post cleaning inspection, Oscar happily re-did those areas. Apart from actual cleaning appointment, Oscar is also very diligent and prompt in terms of communication. They were flexible about the timings to suit my availability and kept me updated on their ETA. Pre-cleaning estimation appointment was a breeze too. Overall - I highly recommend their cleaning service and looking forward to having them come over again next month for cleaning. read more

Just had a move out cleaning today. Not gonna lie - my house was a terrible mess: crazy dusty and there was a lot of miscellaneous trash around. They spent hours cleaning everything - it looks great, and is ready to be shown to potential buyers! read more

Oscar, Andres and Diana arrived and did a very thorough job cleaning our carpet. Due to work done around the house, the stairs to the basement were in bad need of cleaning. Oscar did a great job. The team was personable, professional and the job was done at the right price. Highly recommend them. read more

I hired DO cleaning to do a move-in/deep clean for our new house. Our house was quite large, new and had accumulated a good amount dust over the past several months. The team from DO cleaning responded promptly and offered a very reasonable price compared to other companies I searched for. They also were flexible with payment and accepted venmo which was great. 3 cleaners came to our house and worked for 4+ hours. They were all very nice and accommodating, asked for specifics when it came to cleaning the house and what we wanted to focus on, and also most importantly did a great job with the deep clean. My wife is very, very clean and she was very impressed which is definitely not easy to do. For reference, I'd say she is not impressed with about 75% of cleaners we hired in the past. We highly, highly recommend them. read more

Setting up the appointment was quick and accommodating. Wanted a deep cleaning and their service was both reasonably priced and they did an excellent job. D O Cleaning did much more than we asked for and we couldn't more pleased. We will definitely be hiring this team again. read more

Pros - response time, availability, fair price, good job cleaning items that were done Con - charged extra for cleaning appliances but then only cleaned the fridge and not the microwave. Also didn't clean two closets. Reached out to owner with no response. read more

Everything about DO has been an absolute pleasure. They came and were able to give us a quote without any hassle. They were honest and provided reasonable expectations. We set a date and they were prompt and prepared. They proved to be professional and efficient. They shampooed carpet, washed walls, and cleaned every inch of our house. We were very pleased with everything done. They didn't hit EVERY single inch, like maybe they didn't hit a wall or ceiling or two. So if you're REALLY a stickler, maybe keep an eye on them, but they were absolutely thorough enough that were pleased with the results. They were also trustworthy and we had no problems with them roaming our house without babysitting them. They used cleaners that were safe around pets and children and they didn't do any damage to anything that was delicate. Everything was immaculate when they left. We were extremely pleased with them and if we ever have to do something like this again, we will be in contact. read more

Really pleased with the job they did as part of their move-in cleaning services. Did a fantastic deep clean of my appliances and bathroom.

They replied immediately, conducted assessment and cleaning in the same day, and did an incredible job. Professional and thorough!!! Completely recommend! read more

I needed to have my large 3 BR Loft cleaned. It's not an easy task with the high ceilings, wall to wall windows and tons of shelving -- but DO cleaning did not disappoint. They came over prior to assess and gave a fair quote, came back and did a fantastic job. They were communicative, friendly and efficient. Couldn't have asked for better. Will definitely hire again and recommend to my friends. read more
