These people walked through my home and suggested that I should pay them $2500 a week to clean my house. When I told them that their bid was not competitive, they ranted at me and insulted me. Just because a business is invited to bid a job, that does not give them license to personally insult potential clients. I was very pleased with this service! The cleaners showed up promptly, followed instructions and found my apartment without needing assistance. I live in a big building, so I give people detailed instructions on how to find my apartment, most people ignore them and get lost. So I was already impressed when they showed up right on time at the right place. We were not present and requested a move in clean after some renovations on our new house. I specifically requested drawers, cabinets etc. they did clean the fridge and oven but unfortunately the drawers and cabinets were left untouched. There were crumbs and old food from the previous owners still everywhere - everything was documented with photos. We had to hire a different company to come and clean those as unfortunately we couldn't trust this company to do it right and we didn't have time to waste. We were quoted $360-$390 for our house plus $150 for extras like fridge oven cabinets drawers. We were then sent an invoice for $570 which didn't add up - I questioned it and they then added on a charge for a microwave of $35 (which was not requested to be cleaned or actually cleaned as it was disposed of). Then they tried to add on $40 to clean drawers and discount the $40 because the drawers weren't cleaned (dishonest business tactic as seen in photo attached that cleaning was included) I had to go back and forth with them for various extra charges that they added and for things they didn't clean - overall four different invoices were sent all with varying prices over the course of a week and half. Between the incomplete cleaning, and the sneaky billing charges I would highly recommend finding a different trustworthy cleaning company. read more

Today I had first home cleaning appointment with Diana & Oscar and I couldn't be more satisfied. They worked silently for about 2.5 hours leaving everything clean as we had discussed and agreed on beforehand. When I found couple of minor things during post cleaning inspection, Oscar happily re-did those areas. Apart from actual cleaning appointment, Oscar is also very diligent and prompt in terms of communication. They were flexible about the timings to suit my availability and kept me updated on their ETA. Pre-cleaning estimation appointment was a breeze too. I hired DO cleaning to do a move-in/deep clean for our new house. Our house was quite large, new and had accumulated a good amount dust over the past several months. The team from DO cleaning responded promptly and offered a very reasonable price compared to other companies I searched for. They also were flexible with payment and accepted venmo which was great. 3 cleaners came to our house and worked for 4+ hours. They were all very nice and accommodating, asked for specifics when it came to cleaning the house and what we wanted to focus on, and also most importantly did a great job with the deep clean. My wife is very, very clean and she was very impressed which is definitely not easy to do. For reference, I'd say she is not impressed with about 75% of cleaners we hired in the past. Everything about DO has been an absolute pleasure. They came and were able to give us a quote without any hassle. They were honest and provided reasonable expectations. We set a date and they were prompt and prepared. They proved to be professional and efficient. They shampooed carpet, washed walls, and cleaned every inch of our house. We were very pleased with everything done. They didn't hit EVERY single inch, like maybe they didn't hit a wall or ceiling or two. So if you're REALLY a stickler, maybe keep an eye on them, but they were absolutely thorough enough that were pleased with the results. They were also trustworthy and we had no problems with them roaming our house without babysitting them. They used cleaners that were safe around pets and children and they didn't do any damage to anything that was delicate. Everything was immaculate when they left.
