Mike's estimator arrived promptly, put on his booties and got to work. The estimate was very fair, so I scheduled the job. The crew arrived on time and it was evident from the beginning, that they took great care to do the job efficiently AND carefully to avoid any damage in my home, especially while moving equipment around. As an aside, the crew also happened to be a really nice bunch of guys, with a great rapport and they make a homeowner feel at ease. The ducts are now spotless and my anxieties about the construction dust (with who knows what in it), are gone. I also have to say, I've never seen a business owner work harder to ensure my satisfaction than Mike. Throughout the job and afterwards, Mike was in contact with me to make sure everything went well. Sadly, that kind of concern is pretty much absent in lots of businesses. Not these guys. I was more than impressed with the them start-to-finish and cannot recommend Service Master Superior Cleaning enough.

I had written a review of Ronnie Reliables previously on Google. I hired them to clean my house I…read morepurchased and wound up having to call them 3 times after the "cleaning" because the job wasn't done properly. After paying them over $400 I had to spend an additional $200 to have my house actually cleaned. I spoke to them to try and get my money back. Understandably I was upset about spending money for no reason. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. After 4 months, they finally responded, asked me the same question 4 times, and then offered to settle with me for $42... a hours worth of cleaning. By this point, I had had it, and I knew they weren't going to understand why I was upset and just accepted the payment. Last week, I got a phone call from Danielle at Ronnie Reliables. Her boss asked her to call me and remove my review of the company from Google!! Against my better judgement, I did it. I spoke to my mother, my attorney, and my husband about this to find out if I had done anything wrong. The point of these rating systems is so that customers can share their experiences and by telling the truth of what happened, I did nothing wrong. So, I decided that I was going to put my review back and and mention what happened with my Google review. I'm sorry if my review is giving you any sort of bad press, but maybe you should have done the job correctly.

I had a truck loaded, ready to go, but misread the hours to the office of the storage unit I had reserved; it had closed. I also had promised the truck would be returned that night. I sat at my computer, Googling for any place I could empty that truck and get it back before sunrise (kneecaps at stake). Fortunately, my cousin managed to find South Salem Self-storage and get Steven directly on the phone. He patiently explained how he could offer a solution. The access to South Salem Self-storage is fully automated. A kiosk provides an interface to rent a unit, make payments and, if necessary, engage in a video call with a staff person. Steven wanted to make sure we saw the unit before making a financial commitment, so he gave us directions and a method to access it. As exhausted as we were, it took some time to decide on the best unit, and Steven continued to make himself available throughout the process. I couldn't be more grateful for his genuine willingness to provide the best service; Steven truly earns a customer's business. I was able to move everything out at the end of the month, and received a call from Steven -- on Labor Day -- to confirm the address to which a check for the deposit could be mailed. The fact that the facility can be accessed through an entirely automated system made it possible to rent at an unconventional hour. A high recommendation is made possible by the fact that this automated operation has the human support available by video, and Steven ready and able to provide additional customer service when it's needed.
