They came over to inspect the damage, laid out the entire plan of what was needed to clean up the damage and laid down several heavy duty fans to start the drying process. They came by daily to measure the water percent in the affected walls, floors, ceilings and carpeting and they replaced the garage ceiling and insulation to prevent the formation of mould . She took pictures and video, assessed the extent of the muck, and told me she would get back to me soon. By 8:15pm, she'd emailed the estimate, and boom! I was on her schedule. She and her team arrived around 10:30 Saturday morning and spent the next 11 hours sanitizing and organizing my basement (I'm not a hoarder--why would you think that?) By the time she was done, my basement was cleaner than it's ever been (they even removed the cobwebs, warming the cockles of this arachnophobe's heart), and looks way more tidy and organized than I could have done on my own. We went ahead seeing tahe no one from angie was even answering the request for a repair person. Roto-Rooter was costlier then I would have liked but the senior discount helped. I'm sure any other plumber would charge about the same anyway. Repair took a little over an hour and Jon explained what happened and fixed it. Very happy it has been taken care of.
