Unfortunately, I really wish I listened to the reviews here. I was aware this company had poor reviews but booked them based on our initial consultation with Sal and the hope for a good experience. We went with BioClean despite having a cheaper quote elsewhere. Unfortunately, the day of our job was a nightmare. The workers arrived 1 hr 10 minutes late without any phone call. This was after we made multiple calls to inquire why they were late. I received about four different excuses as to why they were late. Truthfully, the excuses did not help and it was the lack of professionalism and respect for our time that really upset us. Additionally, I felt the office staff spoke to me very unprofessionally with one person telling me he was "sick as shit" which is just an unprofessional way to speak to a customer. Additionally, there was a lack of communication between the inspector, the office, and the work team about the expectations for our project. In the end, they did rectify the situation by adjusting our final price. however, the day was still a major headache and we do not plan to work with this company again nor would i recommend them to anyone. we have had plenty of work done in our home and have never had such an unprofessional experience. one of their dehumidifiers broke down and flooded our kitchen hardwood floors. The floors now have to be torn up and replaced and Bioclean will not take responsibility beyond not charging us for the use of the machines! Buyer beware! read more

He was so friendly and gave us a lot of information on our slight mold issue and inexpensive things we could do to help prevent further mold and dust from being a problem. They did the work quickly and with expertise, and even vented the bathroom fans through our roof which was the original cause of the mold. I called this company to inspect and provide quote for mold removal when requested by tenant. They came while we were not there, talked to tenants and exchanged phone and email number. When they provided quote, sent a copy to tenant (cc'd) and used tenant to pressurize us to hire them. When we asked them about it, they apologized. Their quote was double of what provided by other reputed contractor but we were under pressure from tenant so we relented. They did substandard job and while mentioned it will take 3 days to complete it, they were done in half day. Left the house in shambles. Beware!! read more

We had mold remediation done to our rental house early this year. I found the company to be very professional, courteous, and accommodating when I spoke to multiple people on the phone when I quoted their services, as well as when a rep came to do the testing in the home. I wasn't at home for the actual remediation but my family said the techs were good. I never felt pressured into signing up with the company, as another review stated. BioClean was actually less expensive than another company we quoted who only did the testing but not the remediation (BioClean does both). The best part of the company is their customer service. Tom has been and continues to be my go to person for relevant issues - he let us borrow their air scrubber months after the remediation as he considered it to be part of their service, he's given us plenty of "extras" after we asked him if they can HEPA vacuum our carpets (at a charge), and he's referred us to other trustworthy vendors for other types of cleaning (vent cleaning). I was worried about using a company that wasn't reliable nor effective; BioClean has surpassed all of my expectations! Thank you Tom and BioClean! read more
