When we determined that we needed to spray the perimeter (which he came back to do another time when it wasn't so damp out), he stayed in touch with me to learn about progress after the spray to make sure it was effective. We were able to thankfully handle the flea situation on our own (Sean could have easily added on services but insisted that we were doing as much as we could, but did say there were things available to us if it got to that), but Sean put our minds at ease and went through our entire property and home.
