Frank collaborated with me as a homeowner, worked within my budget, looked at the photos and video evidence, considered my safety needs, and got it done. Frank from Captain Pest Control followed up as well. Very nice, very knowledgeable about pests as well as homes and architecture, and he's very professional. He didn't try to sell some "maintenance" package. When you do it right, there's nothing to maintain. Now if only "Pest Control" included lawyers, insurers, and HOAs I'd be set.

I'd been dealing with mice and trapping them myself for many, many years, and hated having them get in the basement. Toni was professional and efficient. I still cannot believe that I have NO MICE, where ordinarily I would start seeing (or hearing) mice activity by mid-October, or when I turned the heat on. I am thrilled beyond words. I'm really doing a happy dance. Toni's service is far, far better than paying overpriced services that bait and poison mice, but do nothing to deal with the problem on a permanent basis.

Now I wait for the solar company to get the panels off so hole can be found and fixed, then reinstalled. All About Bats & Wildlife also took care of a bat situation I had in the attic way back in 2008 before the attic was renovated. Again, they got the job done and are always responsive! He put poison everywhere and promised that I would see roaches everywhere the next day but they would look drunk and then I would never see them again and he didn't lie! The day after the extermination visit there were wobbling or dead roaches everywhere. I cleaned them up and as promised I haven't seen a roach since. This was in November! Frank has followed up several times since and was the sweetest guest in my home. He even swept from behind my refrigerator and stove because I was too scared to. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! Prices were super affordable, the customer service is phenomenal and he was in and out my home in about an hour and a half.
