I had tiny ants on fall when a tree limb fell onto my roof. He came over in short order and helped eliminate the infestation. He also came over one winter, 4 times in 3 weeks helping me to finally catch a very very elusive rat , adjusting the amount and placement of the traps based on where I was hearing it and my dog was sniffing. We eventually got it. Since I was on the quarterly plan, those indoor visits were included. Besides the technical expertise and great customer service, he is a local small business that takes his time to know his customers. My kids are always excited to see the "bee truck." He remembers my dog's name and that she needs to say hi to him when he comes inside. He knows that we don't necessarily share out loud what was found in my crawlspace if my wife is home (she prefers the ostrich technique to pests). It's little things like that that that separate him. So I heartily recommend Craig/Bee Truck guy.

With DefendPro, I can say I am leaving this review because I had an excellent experience! They answered my online Yelp message the same day, and I was able to schedule within the same week. The owner answered my call on the third ring since I had to call him back after his missed call. He scheduled my appointment promptly and arrived right on time. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly inspect the home, explain the issues, and walk through the treatment plan. What really stood out was his honesty. He didn't try to upsell me or recommend services I didn't need. That level of integrity is hard to find, and it made me feel confident that I was getting the right solution, not just the most expensive one. I got three different quotes before choosing, and their pricing was by far the most competitive for the quality of service offered. It was clear I was getting great value without any compromise. If you're looking for reliable, honest, and fairly priced pest control, I highly recommend them!

Frank collaborated with me as a homeowner, worked within my budget, looked at the photos and video evidence, considered my safety needs, and got it done. Frank from Captain Pest Control followed up as well. Very nice, very knowledgeable about pests as well as homes and architecture, and he's very professional. He didn't try to sell some "maintenance" package. When you do it right, there's nothing to maintain. Now if only "Pest Control" included lawyers, insurers, and HOAs I'd be set.

Austin did an inspection when we were in the buying process for our house, and as the home…read moreinspector saw he reiterated that we had previous, non active termite damage. He also of course gave us an estimate and was very professional, suggesting we wait till mid to late summer when the soil around the house would be dryer and treatment would have the most effect. So last month I dug around and called some place trying to find a couple other estimates to compare. They came back at a fair price but what I found interesting is that most of the other termite treatment co's around here hawk "bait" stations as a "safe" and better alternative. Having moved from CA where learning all about termites is almost a requirement I knew this to be factually untrue. Bait stations are however a great way for those in biz to create a steady income source as they need monthly maintenance and over ten years are MUCH more expensive than using liquid trenching like Termidor. Anyway, bottom line is I highly recommend Austin and his crew.
