When I called back a forth time, to ask them to come out again, and to speak in more detail about my issue, I was accused of being insulting by the party on the other end of the phone, who identified himself as the company manager. Apparently, it's insulting for a customer to question what they're being told when they simply don't understand why it's taking so long for the treatment to work, near a month, but the company manager can be as arrogant and rude as he likes. And when I asked why the exterminator didn't put on a protective suit and climb up the five feet on a ladder it would have taken to spray the chemical into the opening of the nest, he said it couldn't be done. That was the point at which our conversation took a turn and I was accused of being insulting for questioning their methods. The manager, or so he claimed to be, rudely interrupted me in a condescending tone constantly while I was speaking, but I'm supposedly insulting. At the end of the conversation I was instructed by the illustrious manager to never contact the company again for service. Great management skills (tongue in cheek). I highly recommend that you call ANYONE else but this company for your pest control needs. They are rude and unprofessional to the core. After getting off the phone with that arrogant individual, I called Terminix. That was on a Friday, they arrived and sprayed the nest the following Monday morning. Two days later the nest was dead. I hired Westex to begin with because I believe in supporting local business. But after my experience with them, I'm beginning to rethink my logic with regard to that. If I could give less than a one star review, I would. Clown show.

I called and was told yeah, that's the fee for the initial trip. If there's problems they will arrive for free and take another look. Oh, great. Another ten minute trip. Except this time, the guy who showed up was clearly annoyed he had to show up, like I was LYING about the mouse sh*t in my kitchen! He said he "didn't see anything," like I wouldn't have cleaned up the massive amounts of droppings with a dog in the house, just so he could have seen them. He checked the traps and said "they aren't taking the bait, so.." and trailed off with a shrug. He put more bait behind the fridge, and NOTHING ELSE. He left in a hurry, probably annoyed he wasn't bending me and my family over for a few hundred extra bucks. IF YOU HAVE A PEST PROBLEM, DO NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY!! You are better off going to Home Depot, asking someone to help you find some traps, and save yourself $200. You are LITERALLY going to get the same level of service for this absolute ripoff of a company. By the way, this was last year, before the pandemic, that this occurred. I'm really doing a happy dance. Toni's service is far, far better than paying overpriced services that bait and poison mice, but do nothing to deal with the problem on a permanent basis.

All About Bats & Wildlife also took care of a bat situation I had in the attic way back in 2008 before the attic was renovated. Again, they got the job done and are always responsive! Review updated I…read morehired Spotless Gutters for a $1,600+ gutter cleaning and house wash. I specifically instructed technician to remove my gutter guards and set them aside next to the house because he said they didn't have time to reinstall them. I never authorized anyone to take them off my property. When I got home, every gutter guard was gone. The company initially told me there was "nothing they could do" and falsely claimed that my wife and I had approved their removal and disposal. Only after I pushed back did they admit their technician still had them. What followed were multiple broken promises and three failed attempts to return my property, including sending a technician out who performed another gutter cleaning instead of returning the guards. When the gutter guards were finally returned, they were damaged and unusable. Replacing and reinstalling them will cost approximately $2,000-$3,000. To make matters worse, I specifically instructed the company to clean the downspouts as part of the service. After the first significant rainstorm, the downspouts backed up all the way through the drains and overflowed, showing the drainage system was not functioning properly after the work they performed. After paying over $1,600 for professional gutter cleaning, I expected the gutters and downspouts to drain properly--not back up during the first storm. I had to go out multiple times to tap out all the debris from the downspouts. As if that wasn't enough, the company later recharged my credit card for the same $430 partial refund they had already issued. I never authorized this new charge. I have reported it to my credit card company as part of my ongoing dispute. This is now the third time I've used Spotless Gutters, and I deeply regret ever trusting them again. Between removing my property without permission, making false claims about authorization, damaging my gutter guards, repeatedly failing to keep their promises, leaving my drainage system backed up, and attempting to take back a refund by charging my card again, this has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I have filed a credit card dispute and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I strongly recommend avoiding this company. My experience was one of damaged property, poor workmanship, broken promises, and unauthorized charges. I will never use Spotless Gutters again.
