They did sloppy work and spent more time fixing the damage they caused and the errors they made than putting on the roof. To make matters worse, no one on site spoke English and to say it was extremely difficult to communicate would be an understatement. We had a huge leek into in our house and they refuse to fix the roof or pay for the water damage. We were told it was not there issue and there is no warantee. The roof is about a year old and cost approximately $40,000.00. I am writing this review to save anyone else this experience.

My house was a tough job because we had cedar shingles that had sun damage on the front and a…read morepainting was overdue. I got several quotes for the job with a very wide range, which shows me some paint companies will price gouge. One person was nice but used foul language as if I were a drinking buddy and not a potential customer. One seemed incensed that I was getting multiple quotes (his was over $20K, by far the highest). And then there was Mike from 360. Mike was the most personable. Mike is not a paint scientist by any means, but he brings a paint specialist to the table to discuss options so I have no problem with that. By contrast, one of the competitive company owners does the painting himself, but he had a potty mouth and disparaged other companies. I chose to go with 360 because Mike was professional and kind and because he offered a competitive rate. I ultimately chose a semi-solid stain for my house, which proved to be not the best decision because the nature of this type of paint is that it can look different on different shingles, even if they both look the same initially. We had some ups and downs with the project (for example, we had to replace shingles due to woodpecker damage and now those shingles stand out because of the semi-transparent nature of the stain but that's not the fault of 360 Painting). They were clear upfront that the stain does show what's underneath somewhat (that's part of the charm of the semi-solid stain actually). We're happy with the result (and the new shingles should fade over time). Ultimately, Mike delivered on his company's promise to go above and beyond to deliver satisfaction. The house looks much better than before we started the job. The best endorsement I can give is next time I need painting, I will give Mike a call.

We chose H&J based not only on price, but reputation. The job started quickly, and despite adverse weather conditions, was finished when promised. More importantly, the work was professionally executed. Steve came by daily to oversee the process and discuss the project with me. Alan, Anibal, Rony and Darwin were great! We have dogs and they were unbelievably cooperative when the dogs needed to go out. They constantly confirmed gates were closed and the yard was secure. End result? The roof is BEAUTIFUL and properly done. I have been in building maintenance and management for 30 years and have overseen multi-million dollar roof projects. Here's why: 1. does not follow customer's wishes; she follows her wishes. 2. hires unlicensed tradespeople for the most part which makes it impossible to get inspections done by the city building department. 3. claimed to be unable to read our architects plans and then hired her own who was unlicensed and using a fake stamp. Said architect magically disappeared when we attempted to contact for updated drawings 4. does not follow architectural plans which caused many problems with city inspections. 5. does not provide any paperwork or backup for charges and bills. 6. promises the world and delivers very little. 7. left us unable to use our home as it should be able to be used for at least four years. Still do not have a fully functioning kitchen. Advice to those contemplating hiring her for services: DO NOT.
