I called and Andrew and Ron showed up on time the next day. They were very knowledgeable, respectful and easy to talk to. They did their job and arranged to return in a week. We will definitely call them again should we need their services. Highly recommend. read more

They came and removed the hive quickly and efficientlyI would have them again. It was a large hive, and near the front door. I always have Bumble bees and Honey Bees while my rhododendrons are in bloom. I did not notice wasps were also inhabiting the space! Thank you for a Terrific Job! read more

Best Pest Control removed an enormous paper wasp or hornet nest hanging up in a tree in the backyard. I called them on Thursday and they removed it the next day. They removed the nest and cleaned up the debris. They were professional, guaranteed their work, were easy to schedule and get an estimate by text with good communication. The price was very fair. I would highly recommend the company and would call them again. Our thanks to the guys for taking care of this! read more

They were the best we have had regarding pest control in 24 1/2 years. Other services really didn't listen on what we were seeing in regards to bee entries into the house. They tickled the house and a few weeks later we would get some wasps etc. Best came out, listened to what we were seeing asked questions on what we saw each year and took control of the house ecosystem. They invest most of their profits to make sure they have top of the line equipment and treated every nook and cranny of the house. So far it's been about month 1/2 and no sightings of bees or outdoor vermin. They are great at what they do!! read more

These guys are responsive, professional, friendly and effective! They went far beyond what another exterminator did for the same issue and similar pricing. I highly recommend! read more

We had a great experience with Andrew and Scott. Andrew answered my initial inquiry text almost immediately, and Scott came over to assess and help us just days later. This family run business is prompt, professional and fairly priced. Not to mention very nice people. Glad we went with Best Pest vs the big name company. read more

Andrew is the best! This is a family business -- the father has been in the industry for 30+ years and has 4 sons (Andrew has been primarily the one helping me). We had field mice in our attic and garage. He's a straight shooter who didn't try to upsell me like the other big companies I got quotes from. They have fair pricing, great service, quick communication and don't push for a follow up or expensive contract unless it's needed. I've had 3 services, greatly reduced my mouse problem. I'm in the Norwalk / New Canaan area, they service most of Fairfield County and some areas of New York. Highly recommend! read more

Decent service. They said they would cone back for a free follow up but never did. They were in and out if there in less than 45 minutes. Meh read more

I have been using Best Pest Control for over a year and it's a nice family run business. They are super easy to work with, knowledgeable on all their critters and insects, polite and go the extra mile to suit your needs. Highly reccomend. read more

Great experience. Quick, responsive and effective service. I got an over the phone quote and had service next day!

I got a call the same morning that I sent out my Yelp request. The tech was there the next day and set traps for the mice. The bate makes mice thirsty, so they leave the house in search of water. We never heard another sound. A week later, the Nick was back and refilled the traps, since the mice had eaten almost all the bate. There were a lot of mice! Nick will be back in a week for follow up. Pleasant, prompt, knowledgeable. I can't think of any way Best Pest could improve. read more

They were very quick to answer and come to our house. They definitely knew their business. Andrew did a most professional job at our house, removing a huge wasp nest from an upper bedroom ceiling. He found and eliminated 2 additional nests on the same side of the house. I highly recommend this company. read more

Great service. Quick response time. Andrew even looked at the pictures I texted him to save me a service call when I wasn't sure what was going on. Will use for all my extermination needs. read more

I wish I could give them 10 stars! I'm admittedly a little psychotic about bugs & have used extermination services numerous times since becoming a home owner. By far this is the best service call I've ever had. Quick reply, transparent & very affordable on pricing & fast scheduling to take care of our small wasp nest on our deck. Nick the technician was efficient, knowledgeable & nice. During this pandemic I feel like most services are cutting back on what they provide for each service & charging twice the amount. Not Best Pest! Thank you! You have truly won a customer for life! read more

Outstanding company. Calls and texts are answered immediately, service is prompt and efficient.

My wife and I recently moved to Putnam County and found yellow jackets in our home's utility room downstairs along with some meandering outside. Called Best Pest - they came out the next morning ahead of the scheduled time and took care of the nest. My wife and I went on vacation for a week and returned to find more yellow jackets inside. We called Best Pest, who had given us a 60 day guarantee as part of their service, to have them examine. They returned, again ahead of schedule, inspected the site and determined there was another nest. True to their word they took steps to eradicate and did not charge us for the trip. The gentlemen we dealt with were extremely polite and professional - would recommend them to anyone without hesitation or reservation. Wonderful service that was prompt and professional - really outstanding. read more

I found Best Pest here on Yelp Saturday evening as I searched for someone to help rid my house and yard of two Yellow Jacket nests. I called Sunday morning and left a voicemail. I received a return call from Andrew less than five minutes later. After confirming that they were not inside our living area Andrew said he would see us Monday between 10 AM and 1 PM. This morning he called at 10:30 to say he was on his way. He arrived in short order and was shown by my wife where they were entering the house between the siding and the house as well as the nest in the backyard. Andrew walked around the rest of the house and pointed out another point in the house where there was a nest. He treated oth spots on the house and removed the nest in the backyard. He arrived on time, did a thorough inspection, took care of the problem and charged a fair price. I highly recommend Best Pest Control. read more

Great organization. We used them for a mouse infestation, they came out quick and solved the problem. Service included a free follow up and they didn't push a service plan on us as our level of infestation didn't warrant it. Also, you always deal with an owner so they are fully invested in their work. read more

I had a yellow jacket nest inside my chicken coop. The first company I called couldn't do it because the chemicals would kill my chickens. I called best Pest Control at 4:50 pm. To my surprise they answered and said they would be out at 7am the next morning. They arrived at exactly 7 the next day, put on a bee suit and was able to remove the nest chemical free. Very professional, I was so impressed with this company. I would highly recommend! read more
