She was able to come the same day I called, which was helpful as I am in the middle of a demo for a remodeling project, and her estimated time of arrival was fairly accurate and she called ahead 20 minutes to say she was on the way. I cannot say enough about LXS. They are both professional and informative. After seeing many baby mice coming into our house we called and in the same day they were there. They did a complete inspection of the house, pointed out all of our problem areas. They spent 3 hours at our house. They returned to treat the house and boy did they. They patched up the small holes where animals can get in, they treated the house for bugs, mostly ants. They really left no stone unturned. Sofia is a professional. She took care of our issue and was quick to resolve it. She impressed us on day one and continues to do so every two weeks when she comes in to the business. Very thorough employee! The tech from this company came into my home and literally covered us for our pest issues from corner to corner! I never knew just how much my service agreement covered until the tech closed holes to keep mice from coming in, treated for a lot of insects and cleared my basement of the webs I didn't realize I had!
