Called them for an inspection they were fine they did a very basic inspection but didn't find anything. Said it was probably too early (it probably was) still charged me $130 for it though. I call back a few days later and tell them I know I have bed bugs I'm being bitten and my son is being bitten. The inspector who came the first time asks if I found a carcass? I hadn't. So they refuse to come out again until I do. Says it's unethical to treat, and basically ends the conversation there. Again nice people but they do not really seem to have a lot of empathy for the people having the issue. I call terminex they do more through inspection. They find bed bug shells from their molting and I have a treatment scheduled for three days later. Go with terminex the inspection is free.
