We tried Westconn and they showed up the next day sealed some exterior openings set out about 7 to 8 traps and there was no contract costing over $1000. Can't believe it that within one week of catching mice in the traps We are now mouse free. I was skeptical at first but they did a great job. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give Tom more then 5 stars. I initially hired him to do a pest inspection before I…read morebought my home (the regular inspector detected some termite damage). He found evidence of termites... lots of them. I was able to have the sellers repair the damaged wood (support beam and sill wall) and treat the house. This saved us a lot of money since we were able to negotiate the sellers into paying for it. Its been a year since the house was treated and we had him come back for a re-inspection under his recommendation. This time the weather was horrendous - very icy. I thought he'd be calling me to reschedule but nope, he was there at 8am, ON TIME! We even live outside of his normal service area! The house was still free of termites (good) but he found evidence of mice and cockroaches (bad). He treated for both for a very reasonable price and I trust that both problems will be cleared up shortly (phew). Tom is very personable and trustworthy. He answers your questions and explains things as he's going along. He is great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone.

More importantly, after the inspection he advised that no termite mitigation should take place on my property. He didn't charge for the evaluation. I can guarantee that had this been any of the big chain companies they would have been recommending sprays, bait stations, the works, all to make a buck. So while Tom has a well deserved reputation for what he does, what I value most about him is his honesty - something in short supply these days. I recommend him highly.

Well it's that time of the year. Cicada Killing Wasps have invaded my outdoor entry space. When I…read morekilled one, two more would take its place. Although they claim that they rarely sting people, I didn't like them hovering around my front door. They like to kind of dive bomb you when you enter or leave the house. So I had enough. I called Adam the Orkin man to make them go away "permanently". He came and sprayed the grass and around my house, but they did come back. So Adam came back and did a more thorough spraying. I'm crossing my fingers that I won't have to call him back a third time. No matter what, he came back the same day I called again. You can't ask for better service than that. The cost to kill these pests was $300. They give you a 30 day guarantee; so make sure they're gone.

The new manager was absolutely useless when I called to ask if they were on their way. Don't waste your time.
