I wish I could give Tom more then 5 stars. I initially hired him to do a pest inspection before I bought my home (the regular inspector detected some termite damage). He found evidence of termites... lots of them. I was able to have the sellers repair the damaged wood (support beam and sill wall) and treat the house. This saved us a lot of money since we were able to negotiate the sellers into paying for it. Its been a year since the house was treated and we had him come back for a re-inspection under his recommendation. This time the weather was horrendous - very icy. I thought he'd be calling me to reschedule but nope, he was there at 8am, ON TIME! We even live outside of his normal service area! The house was still free of termites (good) but he found evidence of mice and cockroaches (bad). He treated for both for a very reasonable price and I trust that both problems will be cleared up shortly (phew). Tom is very personable and trustworthy. He answers your questions and explains things as he's going along. He is great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone. read more

There aren't enough good things to say about Tom Orr - He came to my house yesterday to conduct a termite evaluation and was extremely thorough. More importantly, after the inspection he advised that no termite mitigation should take place on my property. He didn't charge for the evaluation. I can guarantee that had this been any of the big chain companies they would have been recommending sprays, bait stations, the works, all to make a buck. So while Tom has a well deserved reputation for what he does, what I value most about him is his honesty - something in short supply these days. I recommend him highly. read more

Wow! We had a pretty bad mouse problem this fall. We called a guy that some friends recommended. He wasn't helpful at all. I found Tom Orr from Orr's Pest Control. He was amazing. He not only found instantly where they were coming in - but closed it off and kept an eye on it for almost two months now. He's always on time and has been a pleasure to deal with. I cannot say enough great things about Tom Orr!! We had Terminix come out and they told us we had termites. The guy used all his best scare tactics to have us believe our house was in grave danger and we had to act fast. He told us we had termites. I showed the "termites" to him and he told me they were indeed termites. 2 days later we had an appointment for Tom Orr to come look at our house. I showed him the "termites". They were ants. He told me there was no sign of termites anywhere in or around our home. He was very thorough. I was shocked! He worked at Terminix for 12 years and told me the person who came to my house was a salesman. Selling is his job. Now I know why the Terminix guy called me back the next day to see what our decision was. Thank God for Tom Orr! He saved us $1500!!! read more

Tom has worked a miracle in our house! We have had problems with mice constantly coming into our house despite using another Pest Control company for the past 10 yrs and paying for service, sealing etc. Literally nothing worked to resolve the issue. WIthin 1 month, my problem was solved with Tom's service. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. My husband and I hired Tom to inspect our house prior to purchase, and have been his customers since then. He is very knowledgeable, punctual, responsive, and courteous. We have had mice appear in our utility room, garage, and inside the house at different times, which Tom promptly took care of by finding the holes and plugging them up for us. He also came by every couple of weeks to check on the initial problem until he was sure that any issues were solved completely. had the other guys whose name begins with an O...terrible, always changing techs missing appts and expensive.Tom is complete opposite- responsive, highly effective, he resolved my ant problem the other guys couldn't and he respects my wish for no glue traps.
