Horrible. We have a bee problem and we called the company to come handled. They came here and said…read morethey can take care of the bees and then upsold us on the monthly pest control. They then proceeded to never show up to handle the bees. We ended up calling someone else after multiple no shows from the technician at orkin. Austin did an inspection when we were in the buying process for our house, and as the home…read moreinspector saw he reiterated that we had previous, non active termite damage. He also of course gave us an estimate and was very professional, suggesting we wait till mid to late summer when the soil around the house would be dryer and treatment would have the most effect. So last month I dug around and called some place trying to find a couple other estimates to compare. They came back at a fair price but what I found interesting is that most of the other termite treatment co's around here hawk "bait" stations as a "safe" and better alternative. Having moved from CA where learning all about termites is almost a requirement I knew this to be factually untrue. Bait stations are however a great way for those in biz to create a steady income source as they need monthly maintenance and over ten years are MUCH more expensive than using liquid trenching like Termidor. Anyway, bottom line is I highly recommend Austin and his crew.

I was very happy that they gave me a refund and I will consider using them again in the future. I used Apollox to get rid of ground bees and wanted to use a local merchant to give the town the business. However, they were horrible. They came out the first time just to turn around and say the weather wasn't good to spray, so then had to come out again. On the second time they sprayed, they said that it could take up to 3 weeks to work...after a few weeks I saw absolutely no difference and called them to come back again and they told me I would be charged again! (oh, but at a 40% discount). I thought that was crazy so I called another company who came out and got rid of the bees within 1 visit and the bees were gone within a few days. I then tried to reach out to Apollox to tell them I don't think I should be billed since they really didn't do anything, and they reported me to a collection agency. I called again to try to work it out and they told me that they don't guarantee their work and that since they did spray, I owe them the money. All other companies guarantee their work up to at least 60 days, this was a total scam and I highly recommend that you dont use them.

The owner answered my call on the third ring since I had to call him back after his missed call. He scheduled my appointment promptly and arrived right on time. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly inspect the home, explain the issues, and walk through the treatment plan. What really stood out was his honesty.
