Basically, we got new messy neighbors in which I saw a rat, had mouse activity in my home, and dogs got fleas within the same week. We were able to thankfully handle the flea situation on our own (Sean could have easily added on services but insisted that we were doing as much as we could, but did say there were things available to us if it got to that), but Sean put our minds at ease and went through our entire property and home. He was able to pinpoint entry points and came up with a plan for us. He set us up that same day and we were able to monitor and end our issue. He really was so friendly, nice to talk to, very knowledgeable, and I trusted him and NEVER felt like I was being pressured or coaxed into getting more than I needed. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I will be calling again just to rebait and for maintenance services for my property as we definitely do not want another experience like this again!

This family owned company was amazing! We had a Bald Faced Hornets nest in the front steps awning…read morethat needed to be taken down. I tried doing it myself using a spray bottle with 1/2 water & 1/2 dish soap to be as environmentally safe as possible and then once soaked, I used a broom handle in my attempt to knock it down (I was behind the screen door). Huge mistake, didn't work and just made them rebuild it larger in 1 1/2 days! Luckily for us, this company was recommended and they did not disappoint! Dealt with Mickey who set up the appt right away after explaining the situation. Joe Jr was our hero to the rescue! He was on time, had everything he needed, suited up and got right to work! Sprayed the nest, tore the nest down & bagged it, then sprayed some more so they wouldn't come back again and it's been over a week being hornets nest free! Joe let me take a video while he was wrangling this nest down which was very cool & family members loved it. I highly recommend this company for any & all pest issues! They are definitely the best!! Even though he was in Hamden and I'm in Madison, I crossed my fingers he'd come this far. He did so as a favor when he was in the area. He was incredibly responsive to texts, and even called me to discuss the pictures of dead/alive ants I sent him and ask questions. When we determined that we needed to spray the perimeter (which he came back to do another time when it wasn't so damp out), he stayed in touch with me to learn about progress after the spray to make sure it was effective. He clearly loves his life's calling, and is a delight to work with. From now on, I will have him come every spring (and whenever I spot a yellow jacket's nest as well!)
