Turned out that Ehrlich has been just as solid as Liberty, and I'm thrilled that I stayed. Every year, I sign up for the comprehensive plan, which has done an amazing job of keeping insects out of my house. There's always once a year when yellowjackets or wasps build a nest in the soffit outside - I call Ehrlich, they zap it, and the bugs are gone for good. I also have them spray at the beginning of fall to keep the stinkbugs out, and that has worked 100%. Technicians are amazing and professional, and aside from their antique approach to online bill pay, I wouldn't change a thing.

However, instead of receiving a callback from Ehrlich, I was contacted by another company, PestTech Pest Control. It appears my inquiry was mistakenly routed to the wrong business. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed. I was unable to speak directly with a representative from Ehrlich, and the fact that my request was misdirected has raised concerns about the level of service I can expect. As a result, I have decided not to move forward with either company.

If we made an APPOINTMENT, the purpose is for you to be in the area at the appointed time. Second instance, I called and spoke with customer service and made an appointment for a specific day and time frame. The person came 3 weeks early, left a note that no one was there for the appointment. They kept texting new times and dates without a conversation and when the day came for the actual appointment no one showed up. We rescheduled and were given a time frame- the person came 40 minutes early and I was working and not available...instead of doing the outside first the technician cancelled. The STRESS and FRUSTRATION is not worth it. I have cleared out closets and moved furniture around for service not to be provided.
