I'd been dealing with mice and trapping them myself for many, many years, and hated having them get in the basement. Toni was professional and efficient. I still cannot believe that I have NO MICE, where ordinarily I would start seeing (or hearing) mice activity by mid-October, or when I turned the heat on. I am thrilled beyond words. I'm really doing a happy dance. Toni's service is far, far better than paying overpriced services that bait and poison mice, but do nothing to deal with the problem on a permanent basis.

Huge thanks to Toni, Reid, Louis and especially Brandon who bravely climbed ladders three stories…read moreup daily to help trap and re-home a family of squirrels that made a hole in my roof under solar panels and took up residence there. I was pretty upset about this whole situation and they kept reassuring me that they would all be caught, and they did. Reid also surveyed the whole third floor and was able to find the general area where the squirrels ran amok. Now I wait for the solar company to get the panels off so hole can be found and fixed, then reinstalled. All About Bats & Wildlife also took care of a bat situation I had in the attic way back in 2008 before the attic was renovated. Again, they got the job done and are always responsive! Frank collaborated with me as a homeowner, worked within my budget, looked at the photos and video evidence, considered my safety needs, and got it done. Frank from Captain Pest Control followed up as well. Very nice, very knowledgeable about pests as well as homes and architecture, and he's very professional. He didn't try to sell some "maintenance" package. When you do it right, there's nothing to maintain. Now if only "Pest Control" included lawyers, insurers, and HOAs I'd be set.

With DefendPro, I can say I am leaving this review because I had an excellent experience! They answered my online Yelp message the same day, and I was able to schedule within the same week. The owner answered my call on the third ring since I had to call him back after his missed call. He scheduled my appointment promptly and arrived right on time. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly inspect the home, explain the issues, and walk through the treatment plan. What really stood out was his honesty. He didn't try to upsell me or recommend services I didn't need. That level of integrity is hard to find, and it made me feel confident that I was getting the right solution, not just the most expensive one. I got three different quotes before choosing, and their pricing was by far the most competitive for the quality of service offered. It was clear I was getting great value without any compromise. If you're looking for reliable, honest, and fairly priced pest control, I highly recommend them!
