I did a lot of research and spoke to half a dozen companies. Frank collaborated with me as a homeowner, worked within my budget, looked at the photos and video evidence, considered my safety needs, and got it done. Frank from Captain Pest Control followed up as well. Very nice, very knowledgeable about pests as well as homes and architecture, and he's very professional. He didn't try to sell some "maintenance" package. When you do it right, there's nothing to maintain. Now if only "Pest Control" included lawyers, insurers, and HOAs I'd be set.

Now I wait for the solar company to get the panels off so hole can be found and fixed, then reinstalled.
