I started calling Late Friday afternoon before 4:30 and Left a message to see if the job was completed. I waited until the following Monday early afternoon to receive a return phone call and then left another message. I waited again till Tuesday morning called and left another message. Finally I got a live person later in the afternoon Tuesday and the girl said she had no record of anything and would call me back. I waited until Wednesday afternoon with no call back, so then I called another company. I finally received a call back later Wednesday afternoon from a gentleman that had no knowledge of anything and said he got my number from the office to see what I needed. I told him how dissatisfied by the Service of his company and I called another company. He replied well, that is the office's fault. I recommended to him to tell his office they need to be better in customer service. I am a Real Estate Agent for 52 years and if I ran my business that way, I wouldn't be in my business this amount of years. I called Adam the Orkin man to make them go away "permanently". He came and sprayed the grass and around my house, but they did come back. So Adam came back and did a more thorough spraying. I'm crossing my fingers that I won't have to call him back a third time. No matter what, he came back the same day I called again. You can't ask for better service than that. The cost to kill these pests was $300. They give you a 30 day guarantee; so make sure they're gone.
