He was incredibly responsive to texts, and even called me to discuss the pictures of dead/alive ants I sent him and ask questions. When we determined that we needed to spray the perimeter (which he came back to do another time when it wasn't so damp out), he stayed in touch with me to learn about progress after the spray to make sure it was effective. Although they claim that they rarely sting people, I didn't like them hovering around my front door. They like to kind of dive bomb you when you enter or leave the house. So I had enough. I called Adam the Orkin man to make them go away "permanently". He came and sprayed the grass and around my house, but they did come back. So Adam came back and did a more thorough spraying. I'm crossing my fingers that I won't have to call him back a third time. No matter what, he came back the same day I called again. You can't ask for better service than that. The cost to kill these pests was $300. They give you a 30 day guarantee; so make sure they're gone.
