I was very reassured that he makes sure that pets cannot be harmed. He came out promptly and assessed the mouse exclusion needs for my home so quickly that I couldn't believe I hadn't figured out their entry point myself! He walked through the home, placing pet and child safe baits in strategic locations. He explained how mice move through homes and the damage they can do in clear terms. The price of the inspection and solution was very reasonable. I feel so much better knowing that we are protected for 3-5 years from this one visit! Steve was kind, trust-worthy, and very clearly an expert. I would call him again in a heartbeat if I suspect some other kind of pest trouble. I whole-heartedly recommend Milner Pest Control!

Over the top, rare to find nowadays. The tenant had terminex out the day before and their proposal was clearly less likely to work and much more expensive. So glad I called Quest. The technician was Super friendly and professional. Informative and helped make an anxious situation very smooth. I couldn't ask for more, and George was awesome:) I also discovered after looking at the ct.gov list of certified bed bug specialists that Quest is often subcontracted for their canine detection. Must be some busy dogs! Treatment is scheduled and I am not worried at all anymore. Prices seem very reasonable too.

I tried doing it myself using a spray bottle with 1/2 water & 1/2 dish soap to be as environmentally safe as possible and then once soaked, I used a broom handle in my attempt to knock it down (I was behind the screen door). Huge mistake, didn't work and just made them rebuild it larger in 1 1/2 days! Luckily for us, this company was recommended and they did not disappoint! Dealt with Mickey who set up the appt right away after explaining the situation. Joe Jr was our hero to the rescue! He was on time, had everything he needed, suited up and got right to work! Sprayed the nest, tore the nest down & bagged it, then sprayed some more so they wouldn't come back again and it's been over a week being hornets nest free! Joe let me take a video while he was wrangling this nest down which was very cool & family members loved it. I highly recommend this company for any & all pest issues! They are definitely the best!! Thanks again Mickey & Joe Jr! It's been a pleasure dealing with you both and will definitely use your services again when/if needed! The pics with the dead hornet bodies are from the next day, Joe had said any of them that are left & touch where he sprayed will die and they sure did! Yay!!

When the technician came out, he told me there was absolutely no way the smell was urine and he saw no signs of mice. I called another company who immediately found an area of dried mouse urine and feces and rectified the issue. When I explained this to enviro care, and that I was deeply unhappy with services rendered and would not be paying for the tech coming out and placing a few mouse traps and giving false information without investigating further, a woman named Amanda told me I had to go to court to dispute this. I asked Amanda if there was someone higher up in the company who could help me and she informed me that she was one of the owners of the company. I asked if I could speak to a different owner and she very aggressively told me no, I have to go to court, and hung up on me while I was talking. When I called back, I was told Amanda is nothing more than a customer service representative. Not only did the technician let me down, a customer service representative told me she was a boss of the company and that I had to go to court rather than put me through to someone who could help me. I'm a business owner myself and can't imagine standing by employees like this.
