When they have come to our home they have missed multiple traps with dead mice and smells that linger for over a week. When this was pointed out the owner asked "do you have pictures of the traps" I guess asking us, the client, to prove to them that we had dead pests in the house. Could not really be worse. Their regular service is a rip off because they dont keep logs of the traps they set down so they do a poor job searching for them. They have no customer care service at all.

Since I had the…read moreflying squirrels, Rob and Jeff have been SO HELPFUL and made everything as stress free as it could possibly be. After Jeff got rid of the flying squirrels (without killing them; he used a one-way trap and sealed the hole in my house), I thought I heard them in the house again. Turns out, I had gray squirrels instead ... Jeff came out to set a one-way trap for the gray squirrels - and while he was at it, he sprayed a yellow jacket nest that he happened to walk by. Even when I offered to pay for the trap and the yellow jacket, he didn't charge me. He said it was included in my original issue. These guys are stand-up businessmen who really know how to treat a customer. I will continue to recommend them to my friends if they have any pest problems.

He was incredibly responsive to texts, and even called me to discuss the pictures of dead/alive ants I sent him and ask questions. When we determined that we needed to spray the perimeter (which he came back to do another time when it wasn't so damp out), he stayed in touch with me to learn about progress after the spray to make sure it was effective.
