BRAVO! I will not stop until complete destruction :) It amazes me that I've gone from a swampy, mosquito infested back yard where no one would even walk through, to being able to sit our back and enjoy the Spring & Summer evenings taking in nature. Just amazing and I like that each year we exterminate more and more of those pesky biters. I also have a small dog so the added tic angle is a bonus and a welcome one at that! 2. Indoor service - The initial application worked so well, and all my kitchen ants were gone so I cancelled the following year. The year after that, however, they returned again in Spring. So, I called PestRX back again and like last time - 1 application completely rid my house of those annoying tiny black ants. I learned my lesson however, as this time I will just keep the service for maintenance and never see them again! The workers are VERY professional and know a LOT about insects, little critters and their culture. This understanding helps them explain things and more importantly - to eliminate them. Customer service is top notch as well and there's live people answering calls and talking to you regardless of the topic. I tried doing it myself using a spray bottle with 1/2 water & 1/2 dish soap to be as environmentally safe as possible and then once soaked, I used a broom handle in my attempt to knock it down (I was behind the screen door). Huge mistake, didn't work and just made them rebuild it larger in 1 1/2 days! Luckily for us, this company was recommended and they did not disappoint! Dealt with Mickey who set up the appt right away after explaining the situation. Joe Jr was our hero to the rescue! He was on time, had everything he needed, suited up and got right to work! Sprayed the nest, tore the nest down & bagged it, then sprayed some more so they wouldn't come back again and it's been over a week being hornets nest free!
